Nice quiet location, very comfortable room.
"kitchen" was a bit awkward - could have moved to a more useable location.

No breakfast, but location was excellent. In walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown.
Nothing. Everything was great!

I loved jacuzzi, the special touches like breakfast foods. The decor, the curtains. The location was great.
The tv was on the small size. My hubby thought the bed was too soft, I thought it was perfect.

Jacuzzi was great, my wife enjoyed the massage chair, the gas fireplace was a nice addition 😊
We noticed a dual VCR/DVD player and bought 2 DVDs to watch, alas the DVD player did not work... the VCR did however work and there were a small selection of movies in VCR format, we watched Dances with Wolves.

It was nice to have the owner great us. We were here for a wedding and had weird hours. Was easy to walk to downtown to attend the rehearsal dinner and was nice to have the hot tub after a long day at the wedding.
It was a bit awkward for the owner to open the adjoining door to our room and tell us she would be entering the room to give us additional muffins. It was also awkward for us to enter the home and for her to immediately tell us that we needed to remove our shoes . She did not interact with us beyond this point and it was easy to come and go as we pleased, but first impressions definitely left us skeptical.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable, however, I am spoiled at home and any other pillow is hard to sleep on

Location was great , cozy and comfortable
The only bad experience was the noise from the upstairs rooms the noise when people walk over the stairs or in the rooms

We liked everything about the place! The view was spectacular, the beds were great, the decor was very appealing and the kitchen was well supplied.
The only thing I would change is the pillows. They could have been better.

We were a group of 4 with a 2-night stay. Booking was seamless and check-in was very easy. The host provided very detailed instructions. The facilities were clean, beds were comfortable and the location knocks it out if the ball park! Stunning mountain views surround Alaska’s Point of View and all of this just a minutes drive to all beautiful Seward has to offer including Kenai Fjords National Park, whale watching tours, shops and restaurants. Fully recommend staying here.
The only minor complaint is that the living room area, while nice, didn’t comfortably accommodate a group of 4 adults. There was enough seating, but one of the options is a massage chair which is great while in use, but not for long periods of time.

The room was beautifully decorated and furnished, it was a darling little studio. I loved all the art! The check in process was very easy and the room was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. There was also a nice assortment of fruit, oatmeal, and muffins for breakfast.

Great location and great host…we really enjoyed the extra touches like the muffins and fruit!

We loved the view and the proximity to shopping and the Major Marine Cruise. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans.
The recliner couch was broke and you could not recline in them and the kitchen stools were very uncomfortable. The beds were ok but the blinds did not keep out the light for people who are used to dark nights. We also thought we were on the ground floor and were disappointed we were not. But that was my fault as I may have read the paperwork wrong.

Really cosy studio, felt like home. The soaking tub was perfect to relax after an hiking day. Good breakfast and the owner was really responsive to our questions throughout the stay.

It was perfect and had that personal touch you only get when you choose something besides a hotel.

Something other than a TV for entertainment would have been a nice touch. Board games or something.
