Nothing I will not again

Nothing l found 2 bedbugs in the bed I went to the lobby l letting know. The costumer service they told me you gonna get your money back and l didn’t yet well they didn’t the refund yet . So l don recomen this hotel

The floor in my room needed mopping I had to wash the bottom of my feet before bed as they were black from the floor

no cleaning while there, no clean towels. came back one night and the room smelt like pot- large gap around door to the outside

smelly room . no breakfast not worth the price we should get a discount

we didn’t the room smelled

the room had a odor to it . we went downto eat breakfast and she said there was none the door was not open it was locked . don’t advertise for breakfast if there is none I would not have booked with them and we will not use them again

The location was good close to a lot of things and the breakfast was good

The front desk person is very rude seems like he hates his job and people also the washer and dryer was not working and the walk ways and stairs outside very nasty.

Very dirty room, bed skirt was very moldy, carpet was dirty, soap wrap on the bathroom floor. I don't think I' be staying on any Quality Inn, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Our room was warm and smelled musty because the unit had been completely turned off. Our sheets had holes in them, and the bed was uncomfortable. None of us slept well. We left this hotel as quickly as we could.
