Disappointing

As soon as you walked in the door it smelled like smoke. The air conditioner barely worked

Terrible. No existing breakfast , place was dirty , sheets was dirty , towels dirty. Just filthy.

Towels folded but dirty , beds filthy. Sheets in bed had white sticky stuff on them so had to buy my own sheets.

Nothing about the place besides location was good. Nothing was good about the place.

I really truly enjoyed my stay. I was expecting a rough time like I had in your Econo Lodge near AT

No breakfast because of Covid otherwise all was provided for coffee. Thank you

Overcharging Customers

I was being charged extra once I got there and was not even notified, they just ran my card after I left! Didn't even call! Like I can't see it on my phone!

Nothing at all...No breakfast they took an extra 31$ off my card and said it was going to put it back on and never did.

I was over charged ,charged double ?older gentleman (jerry)had issues checking me in had to call boss to even check me in which took 30 mins , and then I found a bedbug in the shower ! still didn’t complain,and then I’m chased out by 3 workers saying I stole a towel .

This was a horrible place to stay! Plus no breakfast!

There were cigarette 🚬 butts and ashes on the floor! A candy box under the mattress! Looked like someone took a knife to the chair, bathroom door and ceiling! Stained linen!

Disrespectful of me when I told what was wrong! Instead of being told too bad I should have checked out and went elsewhere! I had a sick child with an earache and needed to stay somewhere!
