Don't stay here

The bed was comfortable

There was Noone to check us in for about 20 to 30 mins and there was no hot water until about midnight on our last night the appliances that they gave us was broken and did not work no housekeeping during our stay and when we arrived the air was on 60 degrees had to wait an hour for the room to warm up when we arrived we wanted to eat and could not get kitchen supplies until the next day when we was told they was already in the room prior to arrival

Gaithersburg has potential, this location needs a remake.

Close to some decent stores and restaurants

Staff was rude and not very helpful. 1 of the 2 rooms booked smelled like smoke and they said they would give us Lysol or febreze which would only cover the smell. “Breakfast” included in the stay was packets of oatmeal, granola bars, and push button coffee. Front Desk said muffins would be available as well but there were none.

Very good hotel, smell of smoking too much!

Well maintained room. Clean room, stove, oven, refrigerator. Good location and price.

Black dirt/mold on front face of building, under all window framing. Smell of smoke (pot, marijuana, cigarettes) in elevator, hallways, stairs, and seeping into our room.

The worst hotel experience ever, bad customer service and

The new staff who has been working for only a week he apologized for all the inconveniences when he didn’t have to, he felt so bad for us.

The room was musty and everything looked old even in the lobby area, old smell everywhere. The room’s carpet was dirty and the worst part was there was roaches. Killed one and even took a picture. The manager lady was mean and seemed to not care at all, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and just offered a partial refund. Customer service from the manager was unprofessional.

Overnight Stay

The property felt secure, and you could walk down a flight of stairs to a Seven-Eleven store. As there are no amenities (no breakfast included), coffee at 7-11 was convenient. A $74 studio that typically rates at $499 was an extreme value.

The small lobby was padlocked. Of course, although the room had a stove and refrigerator, you either bring your own cookware, or you ask the desk for cookware and utensils (most likely an add-on). The sofa and chair were faux brown leather, the carpet indoor/outdoor. The staff seemingly did not like manning the front desk, but the sign said “back in 5 minutes, which was more like ten minutes.

Very poor

The service was not good ask for clean bath towels and was told to bring the dirty towels down and take the clean ones up. The hotel didn't have clean towels and was told to walk until 1pm.

The manager was helpful when my reservation was messed up by Booking. Com.
