Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. La chambre au dessus les gens ont fait du bruit toute la nuit et je crois que les murs ne sont pas isolés adéquatement pour le bruit car même dans les couloirs il y avait beaucoup de bruit,le divan dans notre chambre était très sale ,les rideaux de fenêtre très poussiéreux et les oreillers insuffisants et trop petits

Enjoyed the stay!

Good area that was convenient.

Rooms were a bit small. I had 2 full (I believe) beds but the room was a little cramped. Otherwise great!

My stay was great except for the breakfast

I was disappointed with the breakfast choice. I have stayed at many Days Inn and all had an exceptional breakfast set up. This location only had juices coffee and a power bar. I went across the street to Mcdonalds for some food.

I will not return

Absolutely nothing

The room smelled like weed, air was broken and when reported the woman was combative. She came to fix it and left the broken one in the room. The towels were stained.

Bed bugs at hotel.

Website listed breakfast. At check-in, we were advised there was only juice and coffee. The bathroom only had shampoo for one person. When we woke up to get ready to depart, there was a bedbug on my pillow. When I squashed it, blood went on the pillow case. We reported this to the staff, and her response was sorry. I guess we will have to call someone to spray. We were very unhappy and called Days Inn by Windham to file a complaint. However, because we used booking.com, they would not reimburse any money from this terrible visit.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THEY WILL LET RANDOM MEN WALK IN ON YOU WHILE YOU ARE SHOWERING ALONE NAKED!!

An incident happened at that hotel, where a grown man walked in my room with a key. While I was showering and naked, all I heard was my door being opened I looked over and I seen a grown man trying to come into my room. It made me very uncomfortable and very scared so I went to the office. I told the property manager about the incident turns out they ended up giving him that key by accident, which still did not help with the fact that I have PTSD and a man just walked in my room while I was showering and naked. The front desk did not help me in anyway I asked for a refund they ended up checking me out. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM!!!! . They did not refund me at all. They gave me a paper that says we Days Inn have processed a full refund to the third - party booking.com. They told the police it’s their job to refund me. I have not gotten a refund and I am very upset and I feel very offended!!!! STILL NO REFUND!!

Nice place and clean but there is that distinctive smell which we dont like. Maybe if you can put a freshener that is good smelling, relaxing like lavender smell.

Disappointing

Ice cooler was broken. So a store bought cooler was used and a bag of ice from the store which is super unsanitary. When booking I made sure I was getting a hotel WITH breakfast, and they had a piece of paper on the front desk stating no breakfast. Then, we got a whirlpool tub room, for $216.00 for one night I expected better. The jets hardly worked in the tub. And the can soda drinks were $1.25 which I have never paid a $1.25 for a can soda in my life. I would never stay here again. The tub was painted over so half of it was white God only knows what it was covering up. The staff were friendly. But overall hotel was not satisfactory and I would not recommend this place.

the reason I booked this property was because it was supposed to include breakfast in price, but only a coffeemaker and juice machines were there with no cups

Was peaceful, clean hotel and room. It’s my partner & I favorite place to go every other week!!!

they gave me a smoking room room was dirty burnt marks on bedding and in the sink. walls dirty and molding falling off nothing like the pictures. no breakfast or coffee available although advertised there was. smell was overwhelming of cigarettes and marijuana
