I was glad to have a place to sleep for the night after a long day at the Festival

It was close to the Railbird Festival venue it was quiet and comfortable l wish it had been a bit chu

Front desk gentleman in the morning was very pleasant.

Outdated. Hallways and side entrances were flooded with debris (tools, junk piles and trash). Plumbing is HORRIBLE!!!! Toilets don't even flush a little bit of toilet paper. Drains barely drain. Toilet was cracked on the tank. Tiles were broken. Curtains were full of holes and falling down. Disgusting!!!!

I was at this property about 10 minutes and then I left.

NOTHING

I did not stay in this place. It was very nasty and scary. There was duct tape holding carpet together. It smelled bad. The hallways and floors where falling apart. There where people constantly watching out their window when we were at our car. There was no lights on the outside of the building. There was stains on the comforter and bedding. The fridge in the room was ticking loudly. The bathroom was dirty. The front desk lady asked for a $100 cash deposit. I have never had someone ask for $100 deposit when using booking. Also when I told the Receptionist that I was leaving I do not believe she checked me out. I asked for a recipe which she did give me. The time stamp on the receipt is when we left and that was approximately 5-10 mins after checking In and receiving our room key. We went someplace else cleaner and more secure. I WANT A REFUND!

Room was fine but desk chair was extremely stained. Water was hot quickly in the shower. Obviously hotel is undergoing some needed upgrades which is a good thing. Pleasant exterior.

Disappointment

The room was in need of repairs: the toilet flapper did not always work requiring "jiggling" to stop it from constant running; the widows needed replacement and were permanently fogged; the water from the sink faucet had a very deficient flow/stream; the lobby computer was not connected to the internet and not working, etc.

The staff

The room, sheets where dirty, only one wash cloth. Vending didnt work, most exit doors had signs on them to not use them. Alot of people having parties in the parking lot, making lots of noise. This was long term people not over night people.

The room was extremely nice and clean. I also liked the hotel being pet friendly with no fee.

The room we got was non-smoking and I didn't enjoy having to leave the room.
