There were a few staff members who were really nice, the lady who checked us in, the lady who cooked our eggs, and a staff member named Cookie.
The toilet in our room is placed too close to the wall, the shower curtain was placed to much inside the tub. The morning we checked out, the manager was not professional in my opinion. He limited us to the amount of eggs and waffles we could have. That is not a free continental breakfast in my opinion. Then as my family was sitting there eating he lectured his staff on everything they have done wrong. That was not the time or place to do that. He was upset about one of the staff members helping a guest with their TV remote instead of waking him up to take care of it. He was condescending in the way he talked to her. I don't think anyone should be treated that way and I hope if he doesn't change that Cookie finds a better person to work for. In addition to having to sit and listen to the lecture it was hot in the office area. I was sweating while I was eating breakfast. That is not okay! The ice machine was broken, the bathroom in the office was out of order. While having breakfast another guest came to let the manager know that the toilet was loose in their bathroom. His response was not one to apologize for the inconvenience, but instead lecture the guest on those things happen and it just has to simply be tightened, that it was no big deal. When I checked out he asked how our stay was. I said it was fine. He then continually asked for details of why. I didn't think he really wanted to hear what I had to say so I didn't elaborate. When Cookie asked about leaving a review, the manager again started berating her. I smiled a Cookie, told her thank you and walked out as the manager continued to lecture Cookie.

Nothing
It was a hassle just checking in. And most rooms were missing things. Such as an iron a chair a night stand table/w chair a shower curtain

Not a thing.
Reserved a King Suite and got a dumpy dirty room with 2 double beds. Had to sleep separately. She said they over booked and NO the room was NOT Cheaper because she said "All of our rooms are the same price". Pictures are NOT WHAT THE MOTEL IS OR LOOKS LIKE. Breakfast was dried sausage, cold biscuits, cereal.
Booking.com needs to remove this motel from their possible choices. There wasn't much in the area to pick from to go anywhere for food or a bar. Most buildings were closed and boarded up. I will NEVER stop in that city again.Oh and how did I forget, there where food crumbs UNDER MY SHEET. DISGUSTED

Road noise. Train noise in evening. I didn't hear it while sleeping.

This America's Best Value Inn was excellent. We had experienced a terrible one in Tunica, but decided to give them another chance. I'm glad we did. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were nice.
The only bad thing was that we were given a Queen room when I had booked a King room and it had an adjoining room. That in itself was not terrible, but we could hear everything, including their TV. I would have thought that since they moved us from a King room to a Queen room that they would have lowered the price, but they didn't.

Older motel in midst of renovations. The room was spacious and was newly painted.
The front desk area is nicely re-done and the 2 gentlemen at the desk are VERY outgoing & attentative.
The upkeep outside needs attended to BUT its the room that I care about. A small step above a Continental Breakfast. They will make u eggs or waffle, if u wanted.

Close to the freesway.
I was charged an additional fee of $9+ above the Booking quote at arrival. If it hadn't been so late, I would have left and found another hotel their.
