Arrived at midnight to a dirty room, was then given a room with a double bed, reservation was for a King

It’s not clean. Dead bolt broken. Beds and room nasty. Found dead bugs. Dirty cups, and bathroom.

very clean inside, didn’t smell like smoke. bed was very comfortable. lots of parking.
noise wasn’t too bad but kind of loud outside the room. the shower/tub had an interesting wood piece covering the pipes that had some evidence of mold on it, but the bathroom itself was pretty clean.

The location was very convenient just off of 55. We needed a pet friendly place and they could accommodate us. We made the reservation the same day as we were traveling. WE were placed in the back with workers staying the night. It really was not a problem. They quieted down about 10 p.m. and were out early. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. It was Mexican so we enjoyed a nice meal . Other restaurants were very close also. WE were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Carpet was old and drab but being pet friendly , we did expect that. The breakfast station was very clean and inviting. Ungfortunately, the attendant was not a bit friendly, nor was the desk clerk at 8:30 a.m. WE were the only ones in there and were not even acknowledged by either person. That was disappointing as when we checked in the previous evening, we were greeted and welcomed with a smile. Those little things do make a difference. A cleaning lady that we ran into however, made up for the slight and was quite congenial. We would recommend this for an overnite and if in the area again, would stay.
Train all staff to be welcoming to the guests. It makes a huge difference to people like us.

The continental breakfast. The area was cleaned and the attendant was present to help with whatever questions you had. The Mexican restaurant food was smacking.
We ask for a smoking room and it was the wrong thing to do. The room floor was wet and smell awful, the lamps were rusted, the Shower was not working and flies and mosquitoes were everywhere in the room. We had to ask to be moved to a non-smoking room. It was a better room, so that showed us that they put smokers in the worst rooms. After being moved to the non-smoking room there were a lot of activities on that side of the hotel, with cars coming and going. It appeared that there were drug activities going on, and to top all that when we tried to sleep, an 18-wheeler was parked in the lot that had to have the refrigerator running which was very loud, and the room we were moved to, the TV was not working well. we only had about 5 channels to choose from. I can't say that all Quality Inns are bad, but this one I would not recommend to anyone and we appear to have been overcharged from the rooms, I should have called the hotel instead of going through booking because, when we got to Quality Inn it was cheaper than what we were quoted and they stated they could not change since we went through a 3rd party. I will never go there again. One last thing they need a facelift on the hotel. The carpet is outdated and needs to be replaced.

The location was convenient. It had an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clean towels and bedding. Good breakfast and nice & friendly staff…It had a restaurant that was convenient as well.
The room was dated and needs new carpeting. (examples: bathtub needs to be changed out and tile floor was cracked. I did not take any photos.

More breakfast options.

The breakfast was good but we would like more meat options.
Bigger bathroom.

good Mexican restaurant attached.
my room was clean.
exterior under construction. outside garbage cans not emptied , very dreary exterior. cabana very dirty , pool not open. none of the construction issues mentioned on website. I do not suggest a place for families. ok for overnight although I feel overcharged considering this was the most I spent on a room on my trip out east.

Pool was green and disgusting, room, facilitnot clean or comfortable
5.0 / 10.0
The room was sparkling clean as was the bathroom. It was quiet.
A front desk person who actually spoke to us or looked at us. he did neither. When we asked where our room was, he muttered "In the back." We drove around to the back both directions and could not get through, We finally parked in the front and went down a broken concrete passageway and found our room.
The motel was behind another hotel and took us five tries with Google's help to find it.

The room was clean , the staff was nice and they had good breakfast choices
The TV channels could have been better.
1.0 / 10.0
The staff was friendly. Location was quiet. I liked that.
Everything was dirty... Floors beds bathroom... Stains on chairs and floor.... Dresser drawers were gross inside. The smell was awful.
1.0 / 10.0
Location , the sheets were soft.
1. bathroom had a spider's nest in the non-working fan, we killed several. 2. No fly swatters available at front desk. 3. Although the 'said' they had Direct TV, the remote was not a Direct TV type of remote, only a television remote and Analog television was all that was available with only a few channels. 4. With the dirty room and spiders, plus the huge bugs crawling around outside the door, we weren't about to risk breakfast.
