Best hotel stay ever

I like the fact that it was quiet that the water was hot that we had more than one set of towels and that there was an ice machine that worked and all the channels worked.

But I had to get up and leave LOL 😔 That I got there entirely too late but that was my fault There was a paper in there saying something about room service I didn't see any room service.

Pleasant, clean and affordable

Clean, bed smelled great.

It advertised breakfast, but was told, no breakfast offered since covid pandemic. Understood, just should not be listed, as offered in advertisements.

Overall we were satisfied and will return if ever in the area again.

The staff was amazing. We felt safe at the location. We had a slight situation with our shower but the staff took care of it instantly.

We had a non-smoking room but our comforter had cigarette burns. Our mini fridge didn't work as well as we would have liked but really not a big deal.

No continental breakfast, but coffee makers in room.

Good value for the money.

Room was comfortable and clean upon arrival.

No maid service during entire stay. Dirty towels left in room for 2 days. Bed linen never changed and bed never made. Toilet NEVER cleaned. Had to get fresh towels from office myself.

Despite the whole breakfast debacle, (sorry I’m so hung up on this but it did play a major role in my choice to stay her

Can’t say enough about how pleasant the staff was! Every interaction was greeted with a smile, a great attitude and helpful, informative conversation

The booking.com description page said in big bold letters that breakfast, a great breakfast was the exact words used I believe, was included. it was not. Being a frequent traveler I have come to enjoy the Super 8 waffle breakfast and this played a big part in my selection of this property so I was quite disappointed to learn that they weren’t serving it. SSSSOOOO sick of this Covid crap!!! Whether the lack of breakfast was some sort of government mandate, or just another business taking advantage of the pandemic to be lazy and cheap, Shane on those responsible. Either way…take down the advertisement, it’s not true!

My stay was satisfactory.

I like the price rates for the rooms, they were very affordable. I loved that we had rooms right next to each other and the hotel was close to the highway.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast even though it was advertised online while booking, I didn't like that the pool was closed and the consistent housekeeping checks everyday.
