Convenient location
The hotel needed many repairs.
No microwave, sheets were torn, breakfast was not good, no towels in the room. 16 people were in one room and were Roudy and disruptive

I love the location of this property and the closeness to the mall and my family. It only takes me 5 minutes to travel to my family’s residence. This hotel is as close to perfection for me and my lodging needs when visiting Roanoke.

I like the overall quality of this hotel. I have stayed here before when I visited my dad, and the service is always great. From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is great as well.

Room was a nice size with a king size bed. Bathroom vanity was spacious.
The hotel was more dated than I expected. The rooms did have some wear, but overall were clean.

location was good with a lot of options for restaurants.
it was dirty. a bunch of hair was found on one of the beds. phone didn’t work to request new sheets. there was no microwave in the room. the sofa pullout bed was broken and I’m really poor condition. trash was found by my 2 year old in the room also. I would recommend going somewhere else.

The breakfast times were longer than most hotels I have been to that was good for us. Having the pull out bed option for more room for bigger families is a major plus.
The tv service was not modernized. Only had option to watch what was on tv channels. Not able to sign in to streaming services like other hotels. The breakfast could have been better and have more options like bacon or potatoes or waffles.

The breakfast was ok. location was great right by the mall and a few eatery’s.
Bathroom shower was dirty. No one could provide me with the access code for the tv. There was no orange juice at breakfast. The elevator sounded as if it would get stuck each time i went on it. No one came to tidy the room when we left.
