Clean room with effective air con and good facilities
Included breakfast was satisfactory.
No Wi-Fi, apparently they were trying to sort out technical problem.
Very noisy air con
Road noise extremely bad all night.

Breakfast was OK, they guy who checked us in was very good.
Breakfast was fine. Biggest complaint was the noise from the next room as the walls seems paper thin. They were loud and had no respect for others. Then, they got up at 4:30am (we heard their alarm) and left about 45 minutes later.

Breakfast was a bit better than the typical
Our room was supposed to be non smoking and I had to sign something saying I would comply with this. But the room stank of smoke. We were so tired from hours of driving and couldn’t face moving to another room. It wished we had. My clothes smelt smoky all the next day. When I complained to both the night and morning manager they both shrugged and said “oh yes others have mentioned this, it’s above the smoking room.” Well they should make that a smoking room then.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.
The hotel was extremely close to I-10, and there was a lot of traffic noise.
3.5
It was clean and very comfortable.
I was supposed to pay at check out and when I came to check out they charged my card. was not happy about that at all. I had already talked to them when I checked in about paying cash when I checked out. The one at the front desk was very rude.

The breakfast was great! The room was very clean, and the staff was kind.
Either the walls are thin, or the doors need better seals. We could hear every conversation and snore from the room next door.

convenient to the freeway

I liked the comfort of the bed. The mattress was great. Getting DirectTV was great. The breakfast in the morning really did have a good selection. The room temperature was perfect, I didn't need to use the a/c or heater.
I am being a little nitpicky, but I found that the info sheet placed on the bedside table was sticky and dirty. Also, the alarm clock hadn't been set and I couldn't figure out how to set it so it would show the correct time and stop blinking! I did sit on both beds to figure out which one to use and discovered that both made some "creaking" noise. But the one closest to the door was less noisy. One final item, the price that I was charged was higher than the price I booked at. I didn't realize this until I had already gone into the room and got settled in. I have worked in the hotel hospitality business ( housekeeper , front desk and sales) and tend to be picky.
