Dirty, poorly attended and deceitful

I have stayed here many times, both with this owner and the prior ones. I have always found it clean, quiet and economical and I will continue to stay here when my route permits.

Staff is very polite and courteous

Didn’t realize I put a review intended for other motel. Emerald inn is the best price in town for the room. The staff and owner is really friendly and polite.

Staff is friendly and excellent service

Thank you

Bath tub had rust. Bathroom door knob fell off in middle of night. A Pepsi bottle was left in room from previous guest. Had to use pillows with shams on them where previous guests had laid their heads on. No other pillows with pillow cases.
4.0
Extremely hot this time of year, no ice machine and even the pool was out of order.
6.0
The water in the summer is scorching hot and the rooms are basic basic. Otherwise, a convenient place to stay on the way to Joshua Tree National Park.

The price was right and the room was adequate for a quick night's stay off of the interstate. The room had a comfortable, homey feel with sufficient air conditioning. The bed was a little harder & the water temperature of the shower was a little cooler than I like, but I was still able to sleep okay and wash-up before heading out. I would definitely stay here again, and likely will!

For the price a great stay.

Rude stagg

Dated property but owners do their best to keep
It clean. For one night stay, it’s ok. I do stay here each time I pass through Blythe.
8.0
Dated property but owners try their best to keep it clean. Towel and beddings are clean. Microwave and refrigerator work.

I would say the worse place I ever stayed. Or should I say booked to stay but decided to pay for another room at a different motel. Many things were wrong but primarily the name says lounge but has not been open in years. It’s says pool online but the pool also has not been open in years. They also had a bunch of guys hanging around our assigned room. It was a total rip off but of course I could not cancel for a refund. Lesson learned I guess. I was just trying to find something reasonable.

No complaints

Wifi- spotty; 24/7 front desk- not really; ice machine not working, no garden, no picnic area; no pool; shower weak at best. Place of last resort.
6.0
Ice machine out of order (it looks like it had been that way for a while). The rooms were poorly lit. No Tissues in holder.

Older properties, but nice personal.
AC is too loud, but works.

Super easy check in, best value in the area.

It was clean and quiet just what we needed for our trip.
5.0
It was nice and quiet. Room was basic but clean. The price was right for what we needed. Just a place to stay the night.

Possibly worst stay I have ever had at a property!

Will never stay here again
Many motels in the area and this one is nasty

For the price it was a good clean and relatively quiet room

The owner was extremely nice. There were a couple of items that I brought to his attention that needed repair. The property is old and the room has some battered places, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Our stay was good. Nothing to complain about. It is a perfect place to stay if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep and shower. It was quiet and the people were nice who checked us in and out.
There is a Starbucks and a Sizzler very close:)

This is a bit of a time machine. The decor is from an earlier time, but it is in very good condition. The room I had was accessible for wheelchairs and had a very comfortable king-size bed. I gathered that the hotel is owned and operated by a really nice couple and I recommend this place for any weekend trips from L.A. or S.B. to "the river".

Nice clean room with frig and microwave. Great king bed with lots of pillows.

Horrible stay

Average older motel. Ammenities were not as advertised, pool empty at the hottest time of the year. The management were not friendly, did not provide Wifi password and next morning stated checkout was at 10 a.m. which they did not disclose previously & waited outside room while we packed up to go. There were no other guests checking out and they had no other rooms to clean yet wanted us to leave. They were rude and act as if they don't want you there. Avoid this place, they don't want your business.

This property is age-worn, and the carpet was old and wrinkly. The bathroom was adequate, but everything needs sprucing up. The TV was unwatchable, no channel guide, the internet was iffy, and there was no ice bucket, coffee maker or hair dryer. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked so that is a plus.
3.0
No coffee machine and hair dryer. But there’s a microwave and refrigerator. Cleanliness could be better.

I've stayed in thousands of hotels all over the world, this was one of the worst. From the towel that was worn so thin you could read through it, to the furniture that reminded me of something that you'd find on the street with a free sign on it....it sucked. Carpet was stained badly, the bathroom was disgusting, and the bed spread was soiled with who knows what. All in all this is a stinky little dive, but the owners appeared to have a couple of very nice expensive cars.

Nothing. Needs updating

The room cleaner must not have wiped down the nightstand and the table because I found dried up liquid rings left from beverage cups. The refrigerator kept making a high pitched buzzing sound that kept waking me up. The toilet paper was not restocked. The light’s motion sensor was broken so the light kept turning off every 3 minutes. I found someone’s curly black hair left in the bathroom. The table teeters as though it’s legs are about to break.

Stayed for a week and none of those days I got new towels, soap nor shampoo, on the last day I had to pay another night just to get my stuff to leave because they deactivated my card

Older motel basic okay for a night's stay. I asked for a no-smoking room but the pillows smelled of smoke.

We needed to stay over night and it was just right.

Not a lot to brag about it’s just ok for a night stay. I’m by myself. The app shows a lounge, so I was hoping for a night cap. But it looks like it hasn’t be open for sometime. It’s less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it’s just okay. Oh and good thing I brought my own pillow, the bed only has throw pillows not sure if they change the pillow covers on those. The sheets were clean.
