Breakfast was good and the server was super nice and helpful. Front desk at night was helpful as well.
Our sheets had obviously not been washed. There were old socks in our sheets from the previous person. Also alot of stains on our sheets. Also was not told ahead but had to pay $150 safety deposit before we could enter our room that will take up to 10 business days to be put back on our card.

We booked this location because of the ratings and that it was close to where we needed to be.
Being put into a non wheelchair accessible room. People having a key to my room and busting in at 1 am. Then the manager busting in at 830 am telling me that we shouldn’t be there

The front desk employees were very nice. Our luggage rack was very wobbly and was replaced with a decent one.
All the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. The dispensers should be removed if they are not going to be refilled. More luggage carts please. We were up on the 3rd floor so I had to make 4 trips up and down to our room when we checked in.
Two luggage racks in the rooms would be great since most people have at least two suitcases when traveling.

The location was about the only thing I liked.
They literally checked us into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and there was mold in the room, some other persons hair all in the bed. Disgusting. Will not stay here again.

decent bed
worst experience of my life, filthy carpets, weed smell everywhere, homeless people entering to steel breakfast. the staff gave my room key to other people by mistake so someone tried to enter my room at midnight, making me feel really unsafe. besides I am still waiting for the refund they offered as I had to move to a different hotel to ensure my safety.

Bus-Stop right outside the Hotel.
No hairdryer - Front desk could not provide one. Stayed 2 nights, no housekeeping. Staff did not seem to care much. Manager promised to refund half of what we paid.....still waiting for the refund. I would never stay there again. Area ist not safe.

I only liked that they had breakfast included
Do not book here. The hotel is old and seems like they have not repaired anything in a long time. I forgot to take picture but the furniture inside the bedroom was chipped meaning a big chunk of the tv stand was missing. The phone in the room.did not work. The fridge did not work either. They tried to switch me to a different room but that room had not been cleaned and had towels all over the floor. We just stayed in our non-working fridge room. The beds were missing the comforter. The just put 2 sheets as covers. The front desk staff told us that they were fully booked over the weekend and therefore they had no clean comforters left. The room smell like someone smoked in it. The doors were dirty. And the cover bedsheets had hair on them. I arrieved at midnight so honestly just ended up staying because it was too late to be looking for a new hotel. My mother and I ended up staying the following days just because we were afraid we were not going to get our money back. The front desk said that she would let the manager know we checked out earlier and that I would receive an email. Since nothing wad confirmed. We were concerned I was not going to receive a refubd and just stayed. The area is a sketchy. And there were men inside and outside of the hotel who seemed sketchy as well. I did not feel safe there. I would not recommend it. Stay on the northern side of Atlanta. This was my first time visiting and I did not do my research. Do not book here.

Good Location in the middle of down town.
I always check to make sure a room is cleaned before i stay. The bed sheets were not changed. when i went to pull the bed back it looked like some one had slept in it. It was awful. There was dirt and hair all in it. I had to go ask for clean sheets downstairs for my bed.

very bad smell in the hotel and in the room, there is nothing close to where the hotel is located, people are in the corridor between the rooms talking and screaming very loudly and when we try to contact the phone is not answered!!! reasons why I didn't stay at the hotel, I lost my money and booking still didn't support it, I no longer book a hotel through booking

I liked that the bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in.
There were MANY things I didn’t like about the property. The hotel is very outdated. There were painting drippings all over the bathroom floor, the tub wasn’t cleaned, and no phone inside my room. The walls had cracks and chipped paint.

I seen a roach in my room on the wall
