The location was the primary reason we stayed.
The smell of the property which was of mold or smoke and the furniture was dated
3.4
The room smelt disgusting like gym socks. We wondered if the smell was coming from the air con, so turned it off. The filter on the air con unit was atrocious and full.
We were only provided with two towels when our booking was for three people.
The back door and closet entry to our room would not close and lock properly, which made us question the security of the property.
There is a sign for vending machine area with no vending machines at all.
Breakfast was inclusive and underwhelming. There were limited options.
Overall, this was a less than desirable stay.
3.4
The size of the bathroom and the double doors to enter it. The way the refrigerator and coffee were enclosed by cabinet doors and the layout and size of the bedroom. Best room we have ever had in all our travels.
Nothing
3.4
The location and I always get a room there
No hot water on the day we were leaving
3.4
Nothing
I couldn't check in
3.4
Coffee, water cold , microwave and toaster kept blowing a circuit, the area was by the front door so it was cold , only two doors were operational the rest were broken.
3.4
The location was perfect to where we needed to go.
There was a funky smell in the room every time we walked in.
3.4
King bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
Filthy, extremely strong urine odor, carpets terribly stained in hallways and room. Back entrance remained unlocked all night. Safety is obviously not a priority. No housekeeping or maintenance. Front desk was pleasant despite numerous guests with complaints on their rooms.
3.4
Staff
Toilet was clogged. Had to move all my stuff.
3.4
The front desk attendant was very friendly and courteous. The room apeared to be clean and was very comfortable.
The fitness center equipment should be updated and expanded.

Location
No tv ,system not working. It was down in all of facility.

ok

Breakfast was too carbohydrate loaded. It served the purpose of getting something to eat. That's OK, I get that providing proteins is a hassle.
1. The beds were worn out. I'd say it's time for new mattresses etc. 2. The elevators were not clean dirt in the corners of the floor and sides. Markings on the wall where control buttons are located. 3. Room on closer examination needs a thorough cleaning phone was dirty, floor and wall intersection there was dirt and dust build-up present. The Maids missed burned-out light bulbs. 5;. The chair desk height adjustment did not work. And the continuous fan operation did not work.
3.4
Location is nice. Quiet, but near restaurants and shopping.
Plumbing was not working well. No maintenance after hours. Was given a plunger .... How nice. And no discount for the room. No breakfast left available at 8:00, will definitely not be back and we have stayed at La Quinta for a very long time. Extremely poor management at this one, and understaffed.

Was a good stay thanks
Breakfast was great love the waffles
3.4
It was fair, waffle machine didn't cook the waffles all the way.
That you all didn't accept cash, extremely moronic.
3.4
Breakfast was fine. I would have appreciated iced water being available.
The sofa bed in the "Executive Suite" should not be called a "bed." Perhaps for a 4 year old, but for an adult, it was dismal. The second night was spent on the floor - an improvement.
3.4
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!
Our ceiling was dripping water in the bathroom and my daughter slipped and fell. We ended up switching rooms. Also, there were no luggage racks so we had to take multiple trips to the 5th floor which was exhausting.
3.4
Breakfast consisted of cereal and a small container of yogurt. Facilities are old and dated.
Desk people were friendly and accommodating.
3.4
location was good. most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
dirty room, pillows held together literally with safety pins, dog barking in room below from 630am-8am multiple days, whole common space (halls, stairwell) smelled like weed, permanent room service is suspended - maybe the price is too low? $100 a night instead of $150-$250 (currently) like similar properties, so many services are missing. the gap between a family hotel and ‘roach motel’ is widening. it was fine, but didn’t feel like a typical roadside hotel. the decline was evident.
3.4
Staff was wonderful
We had issues with our cable (cutting out on every channel) and the breakfast was disappointing.
3.4
Staff was wonderful!
Door handle to room was difficult to open door. Shower rod in bathroom was almost off wall.
After 2 nights I checked out early and moved to another hotel.
3.4
Location is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
This hotel is outdated. Carpets in hallway and rooms are dirty. I don't like your new fee for pets.
3.4
The cleanines and the comfortably for the price was excellent
The bathroom doors

Decade old property reasonably maintained, well priced, located well for my needs. Better than the new cheaply built hotels with no sound isolation. Breakfast was functional and sufficient, Decent coffee available all day.
Hydraulic elevator is scraping on rails. Needs realignment and general service to maximize service life.
Downspouts disconnected from gutter and hanging in front of 5th floor window. Reattach downspouts to prevent future intrusion in the second floor flashing, and improve appearance.
3.4
NOTHING-The breakfast sucked- they no longer offer any hot options besides toast and packaged oatmeal. really it was pretty lacking - especially compared to many other La Quinta hotels I've stayed at, for the rate I guess we got what we paid for- we always stay at Laquinta because they are generally well cared for and allow pets. I like to be able to accumulate my Wyndham points- so whoever owns this location- IT NEEDS HELP
Overall this whole hotel is at its time frame for an update and remodel- the entire place is dated and worn- the door to our room did not work 75% of the time- we were never offered a new room as we were told ALL the doors are worn out like that. you had to lift and pull aggressively- hence why its prob broken in first place.
The king bed mattress had two body holes in it so they are definitely OLD. Bathrooms dated with black grout from grime-build up- just overall in need of an update.
The elevator made a terrible sound each time it went up or down, sounded very unsafe so we only used the stairs. The staff seemed pretty lackadaisical about any complaints and literally said- yeah its one of our shittier locations- not reassuring at all.
the only reason we stayed the second night was the location- and we couldn't get a refund for the second night according to booking.com

It was okay.
Everything was just okay

The friendly staff
I miss the hot breakfasts I used to get at LaQuinta.
3.4
I thought it was going to be a breakfast with eggs, but it wasn't, There was muffins and apples and yogurt and cold coffee. The employees were nice. The elevator sounded like it was going to break. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was dirty. Also, the hall smelled like pot..
The rooms could have been updated, newer. drapes (they were worn and dirty) More security! Better breakfast, I thought, the location was closer to where I was when I booked the room, which was Porter Hospital, as it was 17 miles further, which was my fault, but I couldn't cancel without loosing my payment.
3.4
Very nice and clean. Quite and peaceful.
3.4
easy access to all locations
the shop was poorly supplied and what was there was very expensive. $4 for a candy bar!
