Warm and caring staff, with rooms that accommodate a multitude of needs, but are not rigorously kept.

The price is the most reasonable in Lake Mary, but we did not and could not stay, as the smell of smoking was so pervasive in the rooms, that it was too much. The staff was professional and kindly refunded our stay and allowed us to go—but know that despite the restrictions, rooms are being smoked in.

People are smoking in rooms, despite restrictions.

i was disappointed I booked 3 rooms which they were supposed to have 2 queen beds each room and they were all full beds

Cockroach in the bathroom, shower dripped water our whole stay, expected the hotel to be nicer, the outside looks nicer than the inside.

Over all was okay.

Everything seemed to be clean.

there was mold or dust in the ac. Cause bad allergies for me and co worker. When AC was running we would sneeze and get stuffy noses.

The location is perfect for us.Its few minutes drive away to Walmart and Target. Breakfast and the accommodations are okay for us.Its worthed for the money we paid. We dont like the smell though in the suite and in the halllway. I think its the carpet that smells. If you are saving money and travelling only for few days, its not bad to stay in for 2-3 days.
