Very clean. All facilities. Excellent location
Reception could be quicker and staff could be a little more pleasant

We loved the pet friendliness there. We are the responsible owners/parents of two well behaved, well traveled show dogs, and it was so nice to have them so welcomed. We loved the beautiful hillside trail behind the apartments and walked our dogs there twice every day. Your location is great for a nice easy walk to town. Our apartment was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. One dog spent hours spellbound on the balcony looking for wildlife even in the snow!
Can't think of anything, although I did walk all over asking a couple of people before I located reception for check-in.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit eigener Küche. 20 Autominuten zum Grand Canyon. Idyllische Lage.

Huge room, very comfortable beds, quiet. Had everything you need for a short or long stay.
Nothing.

was a bit of a walk from the facility’s but not the end of the world

very convenient to the Grand Canyon. staff was helpful and the directions to our “off property” 2 bed apartment were very clear. nicely furnished.
we had an upstairs unit to haul our luggage up to. not really a big deal.

The rude man who checked us in when we arrived. He was not friendly at all.

Parking
Too far from the facilities
No way to call front desk &customer service

Close to Grand Canyon, spacious rooms, great for families and couples.
everything was fine.

very well appointed and restful place to be.
there was no way to communicate with reception or housekeeping if we needed anything or if an emergency arose. our mobiles didn’t have phone reception, wifi wasn’t working and the studio was about half a mile from the hotel itself, off property

Great location for hiking the Grand Canyon. It’s tied to the hotel but away from the hotel business. It was quiet and calm.
The price was a little bit high for the fact that I was far away from the main hotel. Good if you plan to pack and cook your own meals.

Apartment was big and location good
Apartment outdated. Needs a refresh! Pool not great either.
Laundry room has no trash can

Such a beautiful view of the meadow and a quiet location.
We were able to cook our own meals, yet be very close to the Grand Canyon. It was a clean, comfortable studio with a very nice bed. Our little dog also enjoyed his stay.

nothing
We only had enough hot water for one shower, TV would not work, internet would not work, nor did they try to fix it, no grass to walk our dog on. The only place to walk him was a rocky area, which is fine for him but, it was covered in poop, the heating and air conditioning in our room did not work. Our rooms, tiny deck, overlooked a road. No one even asked how our stay was at check out. Worst travel experience in a $300.00 room we’ve ever had.

very nice and large apartments. great facilities in the hotel
wifi could work better and sone basics in the kitchen would have been nice (more than 2 coffee plus basics like salt/pepper/oil etc)

Lovely little private studio with full kitchen and a nice view from the porch. Outside of the park but only six miles away.
I was delighted to find a laundry room just outside my door as I badly needed to wash some clothes.
Nothing

Very large 2BR/2Bath unit (showers) on the top floor of a 2-floor building located at 3 min drive from the hotel. clean and quiet, with a balcony. Kitchen is equipped with new appliances (May 2021).
No washer-dryer. Have to drive to the main hotel (laundry room with 2 washer-dryers)... For the price and size of the apartment, a washer-dryer should be added to the unit or at least in the building (10 apartments).

I need a scrubber to do the dishes called for one I never got one. but that was minor everything else was great! loved having the kitchen
I need a scrubber to wash the dishes!

It is a beautiful and comfortable place, but there were trash probably from the previous family, kitchen floor wast dirty and sticky, the balcony was even worse. We had a great time but I really wanted to mention it.

Very little.
The list is a mile long, the cleanliness was appalling, dirty plates, cups and a disgusting sponge in the sink that stank. I while looking for the sofa bed - it was a roll away in the waredrobe - I made the mistake of discovering the sofa had not been cleaned in an appalling length of time as there was enough food for a small meal and two used hairbands. Also there was work carried out while we were there on the stairs to the hotel room and for some reason - midway through our stay - they decided to varnish every other step on the stair case - which was impossible to climb with heavy suitcases, dogs and children so we all ended up with varnish on our shoes, suitcases and dogs paws.
When I complaned i was offered a $200 discount but seeing we paid almost $1k it was hardly worth it. These standards are subpar but in a pandemic its disgusting.

Two bedroom was nice and big. You can sleep more than 5 adult in it with the roll out beds and couches. The walk in closet is it's own room. You can sleep two people in there.
They have no room phone to connect to the actual hotel. You need to use your own mobile to get ahold of the front desk. You are located away from the hotel itself, so if you want to use anything at the hotel you need to drive there. The rooms was an actual apartment that rarely gets used. Nice set up but very isolated from from what you pay for, we couldn't even see the pool.

These apartments are very spacious. Great for family or 2 couples. Very nice deck overlooking a open lot where the elk come to feed. 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon (if there’s not a backup at the park entrance).
Two downsides which are very very minor. You’re only given one assigned parking space (which is great if you’re a family traveling together) if you need to park a second vehicle you need to find room in another lot (not too bad) and a little bit far away from the pool and restaurant.

We saw elk in the open field behind the property.
The man at reception was rude. The 'studio' apartment we stayed in is just over a half mile from reception, the pool and the restaurant and there's no way to cut through the property, you have to drive back and forth. The room was somewhat clean, the shower floor was plastic and had old ground in dirt and the toilet has a brown water line. The air conditioner is at floor level, under a cabinet built for the TV and you have to get down on your hands and knees to make any adjustments. They give you no hand soap. Complimentary coffee included a pack of regular coffee and one of decaf, but we got just one packet of Cremora and sugar. And, there's no ice machine.
We went into their on site restaurant and bar, the Wagon Wheel, where there were 3 male waiters and a bar tender and one customer. They told us to sit wherever we wanted and then never came to our table. My husband got up to order drinks, which finally came and I asked for water and a menu, which never came. I finally got up and asked again and one of the waiters told me to sit down and he'd bring it. I did get the water, but still no menu. We left. The place is creepy.
