They need to pay more attention on how booking the rooms it’s not cool

I can’t believe the entire stay of my second room there’s guys party outside the room and I’m constantly choking all night off cigarette smoke in surpose to be in a non smoking room

Never book with them keep your money

I will never book with them again

I will never book with them again i didnt like anything about it because what i booked a king bed and got 2 queen beds instead then got the top floor i message the property about getting a bottom floor and still got top so go somewhere else

We loved the room and the bed it was very comfortable and the place was very affordable.

The staff was really sweet! This hotel is really close to the clock tower.

Some of the people who stay there are creepy and stare. The door doesn’t shut all the way. The floors were not the cleanest and some of the plugs didn’t work. The beds were very uncomfy, but it did the job.

Bed was comfy but neighbors were terrible and smelled them smoking mariqu

I had a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke We could smell Marijuana coming from the room next door and they kept us up all night because they didn't sleep. They was very loud.

Don’t stay here. It’s gross. Needs to be shut down.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The employees, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I didn’t feel safe, it didn’t feel clean. The pool was disgusting. I called before booking asking if the pool was open and they told me yes but when I got there he said it was closed due to weather but it just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. If I could give this location -10 stars I would. Not sure how this place has any decent reviews at all. And I’m not one to judge based off of looks, but this place was down right awful.

Bright Spot In Covington

This was my second stay, the first was in September of 2022. My stay was exceptional, as it was the first time. I felt safe there both times. The first was with my fiancé but for the second trip I traveled alone. I did have some minor issues (iron wasn’t working, AC needed to be checked) but the staff was very courteous and promptly handled my issues. I also needed a toothbrush for a relative who came to visit during my stay and I locked myself out of the room, both issues were remedied with quickly and with kindness. I felt the location was convenient to everything I needed (major roadway, Walmart, Waffle House, restaurants, shopping, etc) I’ll definitely go back to stay when I visit Covington again.

Superb

The room was really comfortable and spacious. It's very very close to downtown Covington which was what we were looking for.

The staff wasn't smiling and wanted to end any conversation very fast (I guess it's because they were busy with something else).

Disgusting!

Checked in at 4 p.m. Room was to be ready by 3 p.m. The maid had not cleaned the room. It was filthy! I used the bathroom and saw how dirty the room was - filthy carpet - really dirty! Old furniture with nothing matching, and rough wooden edges exposed for snagging clothes and hurting arms, legs. etc. Tried to cancel our reservation but had to call booking. com to do so. Then called our credit card company to report issue and they arranged non payment. We are waiting for the paper work to cancel the payment. Would not recommend this property to a dog! Disgusting.

The Staff was awesome

I booked well in advance a king room and when I arrived was told it was given to someone else. had to change rooms. bed frame is hard metal with a mattress that slid off. I do a lot of business near by and wish I could stay here more but reluctant.

Staff checked to see if we needed anything like towels. Room smelled good first day. Room was clean.

Traffic noise from rd. Room becomes stuffy and musty after showers were taken but you do have fan.

Staff is rude overcharging my card then ask me to pay instead of using the money they already charged the receptionist is rude housekeeping didn’t come service our room then when I called they came up with an attitude

Breakfast was horrible, bed was crappy and old. Made reservation indicating I had a dog. Checked in and paid then they locked me out cause they saw the dog bowls. Charged me another fee which made the nightly total160. Save your money and go somewhere else for that price!!

Friendly staff. Not very clean facility though.

The staff was about the only thing that was nice.

The room smelt like wet dog and the bathroom was very gross. Also because there were so many smoking rooms in our room you could smell people smoking.
