Ok room needs some TLC.. Black mold in bathroom

Carpet very dirty .. black mold in bathroom told staff at front desk didn’t even apologize

less than medicore.

The location was great, close to shopping and not far from the ocean.

When I arrived, it was 3 p.m., and I checked in. I went to take a hot shower and relax. I had to take a cold shower. for whatever reason I didn't get hot water until later that night. That was just the beginning. I noticed some little black dots around the bathtub. It looked like dead ants. I washed them down the drain and shrugged it off. Then, as I was lying in the bed trying to relax, ants started crawling on me. I did not let the front desk know because I'm not one to complain. I slept poorly the whole time there because I had to keep killing ants in my bed. Getting a pest control plan in place would be a good start.

A good location to stay

Unfortunately, in my last trip, this is the second hotel where I stayed in a room that facing to the stairs. I am lucky with the last one since there is no disgusting smokes around me. However, I think that this room will have a renovation in the near future. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good. The blind was perfect.

The room needs a kind of renovation. Due to covid measures, limited kitchenware were available. The towels were clean and soft but not large enough to cover to body.

Greatly disappointed

It was in Irvine and had a kitchenette

Bathtub had broke components that almost cut my family members, roof had pests crawling and biting, AC was weak, bed was too soft, understaffed, found cockroaches crawling around, requested floor 1 but didn’t get it, didn’t have cups, didn’t have hairdryer, nasty countertops.

You get what you pay for…..would have been ok if clean but was so dirty

Location is good

Dirty. LOTS of long black hair in bath tub. Stained sheets. Lumpy mattress. Old and well aged carpet and flooring.

Nothing.. the rooms were dirty and smelled of mold

The rooms were dirty, smelt of mold, and hair on the bed. The bathroom smelt so bad of bleach and mold. The floors were stained and had surface dirt. Overall, the room was beyond dirty.

it was fair, but too overpriced for what you get.

it was relatively clean and in good shape, and a decent location in a safe area.

There were no amenities such as pots, pans, cups, silverware, or a coffee pot (it was a kitchenette style room) unless directly asked for, and likely charged to your room.

It was very convenient to 5 point amphitheater.

Checking in at Front Desk was awesome. As I was waiting to check in at 2:00, the young lady came & notified me in my car & was ready to check me in.

As I walked in the room, it smelled like Clorox. I had to spray with air freshener. The rug needs to be extremely cleaned or replace.

got to the property. waited in line 30 min bc the people in front had issues with their reservation. when we finally got the desk lady said they were oversold and no room available for us despite having a reservation confirmation. she didn’t know if we’d been charged or not. spent an hour trying to find someone from mgmt to help. wound up driving 2 hours in middle of night to get to our destination. what’s the point of a reservation confirmation if they can’t guarantee a room upon arrival?
