Worth the money I paid.

The space in the room was great. Coffee in the lobby was great tasting and available 24/7. Low noise even being on a main highway.

Housekeeping never cleaned or restocked our room and we stayed for 5 days. It would be nice to offer continental breakfast but I did know this was not offered before booking. Sofa bed was sunk in and shower was slimey. And the first night the remote fell behind our bed and we had to move it to get it and there was so much trash under the bed (food, plastic bottles, rotten rose petals and dirt)

Cold ac in the room. Close to attractions. Clean, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. I would stay again

Location to activities and family

Floors were very dirty. Fixed toilet that wouldn’t fill. Sink was broken and glued together. Not esthetically pleasing. Half of the outlets didn’t work.

Was just disappointed even the staff weren't very friendly.

We arrived 4pm to be told the room was not ready. When let into room was like a skating rink, everything was wet smelled like strait bleach. The quality has gone down. Had to ask for extra towels since it was a spa king room. The lamps were plugged in but didn't work

Definitely showing its age, could use a handyman or 2 to spend some time there.

The price.. Expectations weren't high when you get a good price like that you should not expect the taj Mahal..

Very much past its due date

Good location for my needs. Reasonable price. Very big, but mostly empty room.

Placed looks like ready for serious rebuild or maybe for wrecking ball. Really rundown place, I stayed in so called Superior room and probably wouldn't want to even see non superior rooms in the hotel. Everything very dated and not well maintained. The fire detector was just hanging from the ceiling on wires only, refrigerator was hard to open due to freeze built inside. Incredibly dirty floor in the room. Bathroom and bed were OK, but my slippers I use only indoor when traveling were after the visit so dirty they looked like I did a Spartan race in them. :-)

This place was was not clean. We asked to look at the room before paying and were not comfortable staying there. Elevator was dirty, carpet was filthy, room was not clean. Dog barking in the room across the hall. We did not stay there. The clerk was apologetic.
