Nice hotel with helpful staff.

Very clean hotel with amazingly helpful staff. It also had a great big heated pool.

Hotel was very pricey. No free breakfast.

I’m so pissed that hotel high standards and it was so poor I wish I could get my money back I’ll never stay again

The restaurant

Rooms were dated and smelled of dogs and cigarettes. Dirty bathrooms. Did not clean our room. No linens for pull out bed. Front desk did not fulfill request. Had to go get them. Loud guests.

Parties at night woke me, my room by electrical station where machines ran and cut on and off.

Breakfast sad. I skipped. Location was great, that’s reason this place was chosen.

I reserved room with two beds, I called to make sure two beds, got one bed, spouse had to go to another place to stay,

Not a good experience

The bed was good

We had to pay $13 for breakfast, each day we had to ask to have the trash emptied and to have clean towels and wash rags. They said if we stayed for 4 or more days they would do it without asking.

Nice location and eating option convenient

It was not an easy process to receive towels. We needed an extra set and the front desk said they had none and noone else was working to get any. The next morning we asked again and were told we had to be put on the list. Also there were no sheets for the pullout bed in the room

Superb

Everything was great I've already books 3 rooms for our vacation in August the front desk ckerks were very nice and helpful when we called fir more supplies for our room

Not included with my stay

Handicap bathroom was too small, My husband is a paraplegic, wheelchair status and non ambulatory. The sink and toilet were so close that I had to push him in side ways so he could sit by the side to brush his teeth, shave, etc. The shower was extremely small, I had to push him straight in, no room at all to get in and assist if he needed it, just room for the wheelchair only. For handicap assist, I would not book here again, thankyou
