There was no breakfast.
Check in was difficult. The staff kept questioning my partners ID but we both have the same state license. Security around the perimeter should be adapted. The elevator floor was sticky. The room was unclean with hair on the bed and dust on the floor.

GOT A ROOM AND FIRST SIGHT OF FINDING A DRUG NEEDLE AND DIDNT EVEN WANT TO CONTINUE WITH MY FOOD. BATHTUB WAS FLOODING WHILE TRYING TO SHOWER AND ALSO THEY HASSLED ME ABOUT MOVING ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND FINALLY THEY MOVED ME TO A SMOKING ROOM WHICH I PAID FOR A NON SMOKING FOR A REASON AND THE ROOM SMELT LIKE A DEATH VALLEY. I BOOKED 3 NIGHTS BUT STAYED ONE AND LEFT AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR 2. I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICS AND IF THEY WOULD OF PLAYED WITH ME THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT I GO!

It was a convenient location for my destination; and like the room set up.
Old stained bedsheets need to be replaced and the towels were rough and small.

The room was spacious. Free parking.
Immediately after arriving at the hotel, there was an incredible stench. At the reception, we learned that even though we received a confirmation, they do not register our reservation. The gentleman at the reception was not very accommodating. After calling the booking office, we received another room. The room smelled bad (although a little less than in the lobby, but it was still enough). The room needs better cleaning. For example in the bathroom, we found black long hair in the bathtub (my boyfriend has a short haircut and I have blonde hair, so it wasn't from us). The couch was damp. The hotel corridor could also use better cleaning.

The people that wk there are very polite ALWAYS. UNLIKE OTHER PLACES THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED.

Cheap and cheerful, well kinda, place wasn't particularly clean, smelt of bleach, and were a bit noisy with a dog in next room,
However it were very cheap and the staff were very polite and welcoming
Wasn't clean, was bearable though for 1 night

I have stayed here a a lot and it’s been pretty good, big rooms Are the main reason also cheaper than others and pretty clean
Staff wasn’t very friendly this last time. This is the first time I seen these people here. When I walked in There was no smile, greeting or anything friendly, it was kinda like what do u want and who will be with ya. it was a young Indian girl and other workers , in the lobby , (family owners maybe) when I went upstairs they were in the hallway just starring at us even after greeting them. No response.. that was awkward as a younger black woman that definitely was weird and made me feel uneasy…One of the workers was in the stairway a young girl. And as soon as I walked in she hopped up n ran off, all I could smell was weed. Not against it but do that on ya own time. Remote didn’t work. Tub didn’t drain well, found old socks in the room under the bed .Wasn’t told Wi-Fi had to call down and ask and the girl kept cutting me off seemed to have an attitude After having many good times there with older owners and staff over the years I won’t be returning. I left a review back in 2019 on here and my opinion of the facility as a whole has definitely changed. As a nurse that knows quite a few traveling that way I won’t recommend there. In fact will tell em stay away
