Localização
Tudo,o hotel era para não fumar é só tinha gente fumando maconha o dia inteiro, parecia que era no meu quarto, uma barulheira do lado de fora, falta de privacidade,não tinha chaleira nem microondas,a Tv não era smart

Great location and room
Thin walls you could hear everything from loud and obnoxious people next door, would argue all night and the fighting would begin at 7 am every day¡!!!!

I have stayed here twice and both times everything was excellent!
not a thing

Pretty convenient and low key spot
Facilities were ok, found a big fat roach in the room - but staff was pretty accommodating and moved us to another room.

I did not like The fact that they had a security guard that was not securing anything then on top of that I smoked Tobacco on the outside of my room and I was accused of smoking In the room and I was charged the $200 fee. When they could have sent the security guard just as soon as The sensor went off. So he could have clearly seen that I was outside and the door was open.

I liked the staff upon checking in but I was constantly asked did I want to upgrade from the things that should’ve been in the room!
The beds were hard , it was a lot of noise, only one key worked for the room. It was a lot of traffic in the one room with an older lady and several
different men throughout our stay. Not sure if that’s were the arguments were coming from.
I heard a couple arguments from some people. The guy who spray washed the motel sprayed our door and all this water came in causing the room the next day to smell. I would never came here again! I’m very upset that Booking.com would have this on their site as a recommendation.

Location
Issues with handicap-accessible room: iron mounted too high for reaching from wheelchair, shower bench could not be reached from my wheelchair, handheld shower water was too hot and did not cool down with adjustment knob, window drapes very dirty and worn, not enough electrical plugs accessible from wheelchair around furniture

The price was good. The room was relatively clean.
When we arrived, the keys we were given did not work to get us in the room. I had to return to the desk and they gave me new ones and sent the security guard with me to make sure they worked. He said it happens a lot. Got into the room. In the bathroom, there was a spot the laminate flooring was coming up from the floor. There was also a puddle in the corner under the toilet, apparently the tank leaked. There was no microwave or refrigerator. I didn't know that until she told me at check in. She also told me we got a great price because they were going for $173 per night. This was in NO way a $173 a night room. With no fridge or microwave even, double beds, not even queen sized beds, and crumbling concrete on the walkway on the second floor, that isn't a good look. Also, the lights over the bed flickered so badly we could not use them. There were only two accessible electric outlets, one had the lamp plugged in and the other usable unit at that plug was too loose, plugs fell out. That left us the outlet by the bathroom sink to use. Once we were in the room, we discovered it had only two towels and no washcloths. I called to ask for more and was informed I would have to go to the office to get them. So I walked back down again. We left the next morning and were out all day. When we returned that night, with our dinner, tired and ready to eat, the keys would not work again. I called down to the office on my cell and they informed me I needed to go to the office to take care of it. There I was informed that these keys do that if you get them around electronics, they deactivate. I had nothing in my purse one could consider electronic except my phone, and they were in separate compartments in the bag I was carrying. I have never had that problem at any hotel in my life. Again, the price was good, but if I had paid any more for the room than the deal I got on Booking.com, I would have asked for a refund and found another place.
