Bed was comfortable.

The room had roaches. When I told the guy at the front desk he acted like he didn’t seem to care Cary much. Didn’t offer to reimburse any of my charge or to swap rooms.

I will never stay at a quality (not) Inn again.

My room was so unclean that I did not feel comfortable with eating breakfast.

The facility is very lacking in cleanliness. The elevator floor was completely covered in a very sticky gunk, probably spilled soda. There was no one there to clean except the young manager. My bathroom sink was clogged and had to be attended to by same manager. The bathroom vanity was filthy, the wall had food substances splattered on it, the microwave was disgustingly filthy and to top it off, an unsealed dirty plastic cup was stacked with the sealed/clean ones.

slight water problems in the bathroom. shower hot water was only Luke warm and there was a constant running water sound around the toilet.

Met my needs. I had to spend the night. Bed was comfortable, place was clean.

I slept too late, I missed it. Ms Patel at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.

The nasty rain. Not y’all’s fault! I originally was told the price was $80- went to $84 if I paid on arrival. I paid $99. I also país door dash $25 for some cold chicken McNuggets. I would have loved a better way to order in.

1. No hot water in the shower. That was very uncomfortable for a 2 night stay. 2. Room key did not work for outside doors.

Nice location, comfy room

Good location, good breakfast.

Couldn't get wifi to work on my computer, which was not a problem anywhere else we stayed. Staff couldn't seem to comprehend the problem and didn't try to help.

Clean and comfy but...

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

After waiting several minutes after checking in for the elevator, I asked the front desk if it was working. Two employees assured me it was. So I waited several more minutes and then lugged several suitcases and bags upstairs to the second floor where I found a worker working on the elevator. I understand the need to perform maintenance and I certainly didn't mind walking one floor. It was the lack of communication, even after I specifically asked, that I found annoying. The rooms were clean and comfortable but they are outdated.

I'm vegan and a least fruit would have been acceptable. Was told the truck had not arrived.

The room had an odor and the HVAC system did not work.
