Good location but for a cost of $270 per night it should have been much nicer.

Location. Staff member who checked me in.

Bed very uncomfortable. Hard to sleep. Toilet had to be flushed several times after using. Looks like bathtub needs repair. Caulking had some mold.

The bed was big

We went there because some of the facilities when we called they said they were working when we got there everything was broke hot tub was broke couldn't swim in the pool because everybody was partying out there for the price that I paid nothing that I paid for a we got I was very disappointed in description it said we would have a two-person whirlpool in our room only one person could fit into that tub I paid extra for the jacuzzi and couldn't even use it and when we said something to the guy he was just rude about it

Perfect place to stay

The staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The location and front desk are great, everything else is the pits.

the location and price, the front desk staff was great.

The cleaning staff was terrible, they constantly missed my room. I eventually put dirty towels and sheets outside the room and got a phone call asking “why I needed my room cleaned”. the floor we stayed on smelled like an Indian restaurant. spend more money and stay somewhere else.

Overpriced and disappointing.

Great location

If you are going to take advantage of spring break and quadruple the cost of your rooms, make sure the other experiences can follow suit. For $500 a night I have high expectations. We found hair all over the room, people sleeping in cars in the parking lot, our neighbor blasting their music when we were trying to sleep, and the complimentary breakfast would be more suitable for Motel 6 pricing. It was a complete waste of money.

Great beds, pool, hot tub, breakfast, and location.

TV was not functioning properly, manager credited our bill to compensate.

Enjoyable place to stay, just don’t plan on using the water or dryer.

good location , good breakfast, nice pool n hot tub, pleasant staff, comfy bed n pillows.

The washing machine was out of service for at least 2 weeks as someone jammed quarters in it. The service man came out to fix it but didn’t have right tools to do the job. Comfort suites needs to get rid of this service company and buy their own washers and dryers.

Great stay for affordable price

Great rooms. very spacy. Awesome and wholesome breakfast. I only eat Kosher and most of the products come with kosher labeling.

I was very dissatisfied with that. it took me all the way up toward university parkway on honore, when in fact the actual location was off of Clark road!!! please correct that before it causes others big problems!
