The property was a bit aged - however for the rate and the location - the room served the purpose.
5.0 / 10.0
Centrally located
They sent me to a room that had not been cleaned yet, then sent me to a room that had someone in it& then finally put me in a room that had pubes all over the bathroom

It was quiet and comfortable
Outdated, has some what of a musty smell unsure where it came from
7.0 / 10.0
The high level, because I could see so much outside.
I didn't like the idea that I booked a king room, but when I got there I was being told that they're out of it. My room keys had to be reload because I couldn't get to my room.

It is a old facility and a bit weary and dated. But overall it was convenient to Mercedes stadium and comfortable. I got what was expected and have no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hallways are a little damp and smelly. Could benefit from air freshener, but more likely a deep cleaning and /or new carpet and paint would help. Costly for an old price-point place I realize.

N/A purchased breakfast from 24/7 restaurant across the street
This hotel needs a complete upgrade interior renovation. Its current condition is embarrassing to say the least.

It was a dirty, barely functional hotel. At least the door to the room worked.
Elevator didn't work, no hot water for showering, and most importantly extremely dirty

The air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom floor had hair on it and there was stuff on the carpet. My pillow smelled like someones armpit. The ice machine didn't work.

I liked the two male staff members who we saw late on the 4th (Tuesday) and in the morning when checking out on the 5th (Wednesday) of October. I liked how comfortable the beds were and how easily accessible the lift was. I liked how you needed a key card to get into the building where the rooms were.
when we first got to the hotel to check in on Wednesday the 4th of October there was no one manning the desk. We had to wait for almost an hour (around 40-45 minutes) for someone to show up, during that time we rang the hotel and no staff were there. When a staff member did show up, the woman was really rude and didn’t apologize for keeping us waiting. She had clearly gone shopping. That moment really ruined our trip. When we went outside to pick up food from Uber eats, she was really rude again and made judgmental comments and gave judgemental looks. When we went out to do some activities, we got a notification from booking.com to say that the hotel had cancelled our booking and was unable to accommodate us. This worried us and we were anxious that we’d come back to the hotel and be kicked out. Luckily we weren’t. Overall I think the hotel should train staff on how to handle customers (customer service, complaint handling and more).

Location.
Do not recommend this hotel. The A/C was out and they were dishonest about it working. How would you like to spend a night without A/C? The shower barely worked. How did they look their customer in the face and out right be untruthful?
1.0 / 10.0
Nothing. I was told my reservation did not exist and I was told to go find new lodgings. Very disappointing.
Everything. Rude staff. Lost my reservation and no help in guiding me to a resolution. Luckily, I walked down the street to the Holiday Inn Express where they were able to help me despite being at maximum capacity.
