El sector, olía demasiado a marihuana y había deterioro en algunas partes, algunas personas del personal eran muy desatentas

Muy buen hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad. Muy comodo a pesar de tener sus años.
El desayuno podría ser mejor.

Day stay was very customer service oriented. Oliver was the best. Beautiful breakfast I really wanted to bring the cook home. Daytime front desk person was adorable. Conveniently located.
Night front desk person had no customer service skills. Rude not a very nice person at all.

The price that I was quoted wasn't the price the hotel had for the same dates. I ended up paying 123.00 more then their website. The pictures of the rooms wasn't the same. There was things in the room like dressers and refrigerator that was broken and beaten up. The TV didn't work. And the manager was rude. Other staff was nice . On their website it said that they did military discounts and the manager said they didn't and staff looked confused. Floors where dirty. Breakfast was nasty.

The front desk staff were very personable and friendly. The young man gave a wealth of information and he was very pleasant.
I was unaware that the rooms were outside rooms. Upon entering my room the air conditioner was not on and the room was super muggy. The room looked very antiquated, and seems like no real upgrades or work had been done to it in quite some time. The bed was nice but the other fixtures in the room looked very old and over used. The bathroom had fixtures that were literally coming off the walls. The shower was nice, but needed a longer shower curtain as the short one spilled an enormous amount of water into the toilet area which made it hard to use as the area is very small. There was a constant leak over in the sink area that looked like it was in the wall coming from the ceiling. The leaking only got worse over the course of the night and I had to put a towel and trash can under the leak. The entire room needs an upgrade. From the front door to the carpet, to the cabinets, to the television and remote, there needs to be some serious maintenance done. Also, throughout the entire night there was someone outside the room screaming and smoking from midnight to 4a. They kept waking me up and they're dos not seem to be any security making rounds to address this.

I absolutely was dissatisfied, sad to say I have nothing nice to say about the lodge.
I dislike the complete experience. Checked in at the front desk for key and was met with roaches and filth. Parking was expensive and the parking lot was dirty. The website pictures was very deceptive the hotel looked nothing like the website

Hello I stood over here over the weekend looked at everything everything seemed to be okay until I went into my room the bath room flooded Everything, the cell phone didn’t work to contact , I went down multiple time and asked for a room change and while I was there I was trying to change rooms everyday and I was the for business purposes, and there was never a good time for them to go ahead and change my room , I took video proof of everything the manager William was so rude , the room was Zurita and unsanitary and very unhappy with my stay all around

It’s close to a lot of places you may want to visit like the Georgia Aquarium, the Staple center or the Illuminarium.
There was a lady holding a plush Groot doll talking to it as if it were her child during the time I was waiting to check in but it’s Atlanta so it’s not the hotels fault. She’s also a nice lady so it didn’t bother me until she started breast feeding that poor stuffed Groot but I’m sure everyone will not have the same experience but 10/10 on everything else including the pricing. I highly recommend this hotel.
