Friendly staff clean room dirty pool

Clean room and staff was friendly.

The pool was like a pond it had mold and scum in the pool .we addressed the front desk and we got the reply it’s clean ….No it was not good .we really stayed there for a halfway point for beach trip and the pool was the reason we chose this location .

Overall the stay was really good.

Not good

The lady that checked us in that night was awesome!

Other staff were on the speaker phone at times, breakfast was ok, the juice machine was broken on the bottom, orange juice was quite right, the room had hair on the bed and in the bathroom, the comforter had some spots on it, (just prayed it was old stains), coffee maker didn't work where it was plugged in - had to move it to bathroom, and all the buttons on the TV remote didn't work, like the channel button.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly. All in all it's a more cost affordable place to stay and you get what you pay for. I will say the room was clean.

The TV didn't work, and there were no USB outlets or plugs. It was definitely an older hotel with very little upgrade to modern facilities. Another issue was that the second bed was inches away from the A/C vent, blocking the air from cooling the room efficiently. The toilet was not bolted securely to the floor.

If there was other available rooms, I would have checked out and asked for a refund.

The staff was very nice.

There was a smell of staleness. The bed had hair on the comforter and the bed sheets. When turning down the comforter, there was a blood stain, lipstick stains, and the looks of someone had eaten cheetos.

Clean, very friendly staff, great value.

I travel yearly to Columbus for business. I never choose this hotel intentionally because I am always looking for a great bargain. This hotel happened to be the best bargain for me unknowingly until I get here, at least 4 years in a row.

If I had to make it better it would be replacing/taking the wallpaper out the elevator and a few extra like cheese and maybe some beef or turkey bacon

NOTHING!!!!

When we first arrived our room refrigerator and microwave was broken. they us to another room where the bathroom was filthy. we had no clean towels and we had to deal with bugs. I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn suites that I was not satisfied with until now.

it was hot in the common areas. I thought it listed an indoor pool on the website when I booked it. the area looked sketchy and I think homeless people were living down the hall. felt creepy

Nothing at all. Room was dirty and pictures were miss leading.

Beds were wore out and center sagged. Toilet had poop in it. Shower was dirty.

The room was not what I expected for a suite and with the cost. I do not think I will visit this hotel in the near future.

a lot nasty… tried to get room service every day….only got it once so our towels and linen got dirty. asked for service each day but never got it when we got the room there was old food in the fridge and spilled milk….fridge was off so it smelled the whole room up ….room still smelled four days later took staff over two days to clean the fridge still waiting on deposit refund gerund days after checking out

went down to Columbus to see my fiancé that’s in the army, stayed here for the convenience of being close to base and mo

how it was very convenient for my stay, the room was very comfortable also

waking up at 2 in the morning to the whole 3rd floor including my room smelling like pot

The space of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It was quite and peaceful!

The bed was nice and comfortable and the wifi worked well. the shower was decent no complaints on those aspects.

the ceiling was dirt, which i know sounds dumb. the tv didn't work, which was terrible. The location was not great and the parking lot was small and cramped and next to the highway

excellent.

quiet location, clean comfortable room with nice beds. Breakfast was excellent. They lightly seasoned the eggs while cooking so the flavor was very good.

I would have liked to be a little bit closer to the bike path. It was hard to get there without crossing some heavy traffic.

Would Definitely Stay Again

The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nice, as well. It's very possible we would use this hotel again, if we were ever out that way again!!

The only thing I personally had an issue with, was the sausage they use... The rest of the breakfast was great!!! It was a link sausage with a harder casing or something... I just couldn't stomach it, and I was looking forward to having bacon or a sausage patty with my breakfast.... But it's nothing that would keep me from using the hotel again!!!
