We'll never stay at this property again. There was NO housekeeping for 5 days.

The location was good. The breakfast was not great, we usually skipped it.

A magnetic sign on the fridge in our room said "lite housekeeping" was available on request (to make up the bed, take out trash, clean bathroom). We requested it and NEVER received it. Were told at the desk that it wasn't provided.

Very well ran and huge rooms.

These are not hotel rooms, they are apartments! The rooms are huge! We stayed in a two queen room. There were two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each! and the living room had a sleeper sofa. The room is huge. it really needed more furniture because it looked empty. The kitchen area was very nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. We know where we are staying the next time we are in town! There are 3 tvs in the room we had. One of the remotes was missing so as not to be charged for a remote, my wife went down to the front desk and they apologized saying sometimes the maids get them wrapped up in bedding and gave her a different remote. Not long after the manager came to the room to make sure everything was working properly. Much appreciated!

There was nothing to dislike.

I booked two nights The TV didn’t work for the two nights that I stayed there. The TV was working when I checked there when I went out for dinner and came back it was not working. I called the front desk. They came up and it still did not work.

Terrible guest service, not worth the money! Don't waste your time staying here!

Just the company I had otherwise nothing about the hotel was worth it

The staff were a bunch of idiots. They ran my card and it showed approved on my end and also showed as a pending transaction in my account, but tried to tell me it was declined on their end. They also did not inform us until after the fact that they require a cash damage deposit, to which we were told 3 different amounts for this damage deposit ($50 first, $100 next, and then $250). None of them spoke very good English. The front desk guy came up to our room twice within a few hours between 730 and 1030 at night because they kept trying to run my card even though it showed approved on my end. Then they tried to deny us our damage deposit. We ended up having to call the cops out to the hotel to get our money back for the damage deposit and to get it clarified to them that the transaction for the room had been approved. Every time we tried to explain it to them they didn't understand and would constantly interrupt whoever was talking. The room was ok, we had a kitchenette in there but the silverware and plates/bowls were dirty. Definitely not worth $106 to stay for 1 night.

Basic stay that met my needs. Good for the price. Will stay again for the price and location.

location was convenient and easy to get to. Restaurant options were near by. easy to get to places.

Breakfast was uninspiring. Room felt dark and worn. Need to tell them to put a bulb in one of the lamps.

Quiet room but needs work

Room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of room. Check in was easy.

Cable TV in main room not working. Room had faint cigarette smell. Refrigerator handle was peeling off. Red stain on bed spread. wall damage in main room. Towels were stiff as if they had not been thoroughly cleaned.

I loved the convenience of being right off the highway close to our event

I did not like the cleanliness. It was fairly clean but there were food stains in the chairs like they haven’t been wiped. I think someone may have smoked in our room before because it reeked of cigarettes and had a bag on the fire alarm like they were trying to cover it up? I would stay again but maybe in a different room.

Great space, but room lacking needed freshness and updates and attention to detail.

Quiet location, nicely updated desk and food area, very comfortable beds, full size refrigerator, long counter in room. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice outside seating areas.

Room 206 smelled like stale cigarettes. The kitchen is very old. Plastic peeling off refrigerator handles, very old microwave, element cook top with dirty foil trays. Ergonomic chairs would have been great, except they were very dirty, so that no one wanted to sit on them. Dark, dirty areas on bedspread. What looks like a greasy handprint on the wall above the beds headboard. Sadly, this could have been a really nice room.

To be desired. Weird vibe

The location.

Dirty. Hair in my tub and shower had to be cleaned out. Stove not clean and had a small Raman noodle sitting on it. Microwave not clean. Hole in my bathroom door... Just makes the stay unsettling. Did not sit on the couch... Stained and did not look clean. Stains in cabinets. Film on everything. I went out and bought antibacterial spray and wipes so I felt better about being there. Floor in kitchen felt sticky. Kept my shoes on. 2 lights out in bathroom. There were cigarette butts on the ground entering the hotel Make up stains on my wash cloths... Wanted staff to know the hike in the door wasn't from me. They were aware of the issue... Why even rent the room out? This place was not worth $150... Can and have stayed in much much nicer and cleaner places for that. I would have rather pain 2 nights at an AirBNB even though I'm only staying one. I come to Dubuque quite a bit. I tried this hotel and will not be back. I'm probably forgetting to mention some things but these are the highlights. Not enough room below to add all pics.
