Passable

The bed was super comfortable. The space to cook was nice just in the room we were the vent was almost to low to actually stir a pan. Pool was available no hot tub unfortunately.

My room was filthy. I found a pee soaked blanket in the fold out couch and a used diaper underneath the couch. My mother's room was cleaner but not handicapped ascessible as it could have been she also found small pills in the bathroom. The one night host was super rude and was almost asleep at the desk when I checked in. The elevator smell of Marijuana and cigarette smoke.

Fist accommodation in USA, feeling nostalgic.

1. Staff are well 2. Cleanliness

1. Same breakfast for everyday :( 2. Charge seems like too high 3. Booking was cancelled due to my late arrival 4. Online booking showed less price than what they booked by themselves on arrival date 5. Television was not working for two days

Disappointing

The location was good

The room was filthy, smelled terrible, pee stains on the hide a bed mattress with no sheets, stains on the floor, the pool was closed with plastic over half of it.

The location was close to everywhere I had to go. 3 meetings in a town for the first time can be scary but the GPS mapped it out so I was able change in between with no problem

The kitchen was a nice addition. 2 TVs - one in the living area and one in the bedroom.

Everything was fine until noticing that it was very obvious that the room had been occupied prior. Indicating that housekeeping did not thoroughly clean in between guests.. there is a "clean room guarantee" that says the hotel will refund one night if they fail to meet cleanliness expectations. Well that was a lie. Then they became rude, and insulting me saying "I couldn't afford it in the first place, that's why I want a refund.. " now THAT is insulting.

Get away stay

Most of the staff was very nice

There were knats in my room, I thought breakfast was until 10 (like most hotels that I've visited) but it was over at 9, I had a problem with my door locking, and the morning front desk attendant was kind of rude in my opinion

If the pool was open it would have been a better rating.

Room was spacious and clean.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was lacking. The room had walls that you could easily hear through.

not worth the price and not what’s advertised

plenty of parking. close to the mall and restaurants

I left at 5:15 am and no breakfast was available. bathroom floor was dirty. bathroom lights were like strobe lights. So annoying I unscrewed some. cups and dishes were dirty. disgusting. weight machine in workout room is broken. treadmill is broken. breakfast is poor.

Very exceptional and will stay again

The staff and manager was friendly at check in, lady behind the desk at 2am was knocked out sleeping, room was comfy and would like to stay longer next time we visit the area

Housekeeping needs to make sure and clean the base of the toilet otherwise honestly my room was great

morning desk staff very understanding and pleasant

checkin desk staff not helpful (no information given) dirty room, refrigerator loud and need to be replaced, no extra toilet paper, toilet paper holder broken, toilet seat loose.

Most unprofessional staff

Nothing at all did not stay the staff was so rude and disrespectful and

They advertise a pool and breakfast and come to find out neither are available even though it’s on the website, definitely false advertising and then the staff and management also were very rude. I would never tell anyone to stay there

Bed was SUPER comfortable, shower was great.

Exceptional

First of all, the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I was happy that the room have a full size refrigerator, 2 stove top burner, pots, pans plates and utensils. We will definitely come back to this hotel again whenever we travel for baseball.

Wish the pool and fitness room are open.

Pleasant

The room we were assigned when we got there actually had someone in it. We went back down to the desk and she changed our room but then about an hour later someone tried to get into our room. She was assigning people to occupied rooms. Then every time we left the room our key wouldn’t work because they took us out of the system because that wasn’t my assigned room because she had to give us a new one so the other staff members didn’t know that room had someone in it. Not a horrible experience just annoying that we had to go get our key reactivated every time we left.

Central location, friendly staff.

Location was great. Several hotel amenities (pool, gym, breakfast) were closed due to Covid, which sucked, but not the hotel's fault. Close to a lot of attractions.
