Underwhelming

Location

I was there 10 days and never had my room cleaned 1 time. Nobody ever at the front desk at anytime during the day or night. Always had to call them from a phone at front desk. Smell was moldy, especially after a rain!

You get what you pay for.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The fridge and stove were good. The AC worked quite well and the property was fairly quiet. Bathroom was clean and shower was nearly new. All in all, it was fairly nice compared to the negatives I am about to post.

The Cable TV did not work. It kept saying "No card installed". So in other words, no TV. The kitchen faucet was broken and you were actually able to pull up the entire faucet. It had been repaired in the past with caulking. The staff member when we checked in was so nice, but as we were checking in, she had 4 different calls of fixing different issues. She was so overwhelmed, but yet stayed so positive and concentrated on me. She was amazing! So there was no way we were going to complain about anything as minor as our issues with the room.

Had to go down to counter for assistance instead of someone pick up phone and then having to wait over 2 hrs plus contact front again to get a remote for the tv.

liked the kitchenette, the hotel was pretty full yet very quiet no noise was heard while I was in my room through walls, and the doors shut quietly unlike most hotel doors that slam shut. staff was nice. lots of tv channels

had to evacuate the building because the fire alarms went off. none of the staff was anywhere to be found it was cold and nobody let us know what was going.

it was a convenient stay for the purpose of us coming up there, but I wouldn’t come back.

location was convenient.

I paid for a king suite and got a double queen suite with no notice in advance that I was paying for a room that I didn’t get. On top of that one of the check-in ladies was supposed to call her manager and get back to me and that never happened. also, there was dust on the lampshades. I killed three gnats in my room.

I have a reservation for 2 nights in October that I may have to cancel!

I liked the price. I liked the full fridge.

Wi-Fi wasnt working. Air conditioner wasn’t working, it was displaying the wrench symbol suggesting it needed serviced. I told the lady about the air and the Wi-Fi and she ignored it. Hotel was quite dirty and you could smell trash in the building.

No pool. Rooms and hallways smelled like smoke. Heater/AC didn't work. No plates or silverware in rooms.

Unacceptable- advertising isn’t remotely close to the disgusting reality of this place.

First suite was roach 🪳 infested!! Moved to second suite - no roaches but cigarette butts and marajuana ends and ashes in window sills - room smelled horrid! Asked for housekeeping to clean and no bedding was replaced so still smelled like smoke- disgusting. We had just returned from and family funeral and were too exhausted to change hotels for just one night- literally have NEVER seen anything like this - if we need to suggest “what you could have done better…”? You are probably in the wrong business.
