Nice place to stay after a day of hiking.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean, and spacious enough for the 2 of us

The bed was very firm (a little too much), and the pillows were too soft they squished down to nothing. Room with pool was very hot.

Would definitely stay again!

Amazing, comfortable, breakfast very good,hot, best hotel coffee I’ve had to drink, it was fresh, staff was wonderful, very friendly

The coffee maker really needs to be moved out of the bathroom, and put somewhere else in room. It’s really not sanitary to have the coffee maker in there

Aside from the first room smelling like cigarettes, it was worth the money.

Friendly staff, good food, mostly quiet neighbors until the usual 4am where everybody decides it's time to jump around and make as much noise as possible for the neighbors trying to sleep below them.

First room smelled like cigarettes and had a TV that was acting up. Second stay was fine though.

The beds were perfect and sheets so soft. We went to another hotel the next day and it was not as great a bed. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful.

I wish the tv had a guide but nothing else was an issue.

The lady that checked us in on Friday was absolutely amazing! She was the phenomenal. The Breakfast on both mornings was really good! We enjoyed our visit and we will be back!❤️ Thank you!

Exceptional

Breakfast was excellent, they had a soup and salad bar for dinner the first night we were there. The hotel pool was clean and comfortable. The room was nice and inviting. Felt safe and secure in fact when there were tornado warnings in the area one night the staff called the room to let us know and invite us down to the bottom floor.

Bathtub was a little slow at draining water. Bed was comfortable but kept in the heat.

The room cleaning service was over when I asked. They did help with a few cleaning tasks requested however, I wish the cleaning times are posted for awareness so we know going forward when cleaning rooms end.

Disappointing

Layer of dust on headboards, lamps. Had to request new bedding as black hairs were on sheets and comforter. Breakfast could have been better. Ham was water bathed so flavor was gone. Eggs tasted water bathed, no flavor. Why was my room $14 more than the same room for another guest?
