Nice stay, an worthy of a return.

This is a very nice hotel, made that way in large part by the team of people who work there. I was greeted on arrival by two of the folks, who turned out to be the front desk attendant and the breakfast chef. We had a very enjoyable conversation and the chef turned out to be an outstanding cook as well. Breakfast is a strong point for this hotel, including all of the standards and excellently prepared to order omelets. The only reservation was that the upper floor of the hotel common area was quite warm and, as a result, the rooms on that floor, at least mine, was as well. That won't, however, keep me from staying there again whenever I go to Crawfordsville. The location is great, with easy access to highways and services.

As noted above, the temperature in my room was uncomfortable even with the thermostat set down to 68.

Nice stay

The gentleman that made the omelets for breakfast was very friendly and the omelets were very good. Bed was very comfortable.

The couch was placed under the TV looking away needed to turn it around to watch anything. Didn't want to lay on bed to watch TV and eat.

the only thing I would change is regarding the grab and go breakfast. The breakfasts we got had rotten fruit, snack crackers and a bottle of water. I was thinking the grab and go breakfast was a very nice addition for those of us who leave earlier than when breakfast is available but I was very disappointed. Don’t offer it if it’s just to get rid of old food. That left a poor impression on a great hotel. thanks for listening.

Dirty room with bad service but good location.

location was good

Had to wait almost an hour past checkin to get in room due to housekeeping no big deal but no apology either but then-Room was not cleaned as requested on second day for a multi night stay. Did get one extra towel and washcloth to share among two people. No coffee or extra cups given after first day of multi night stay. Coffee cups in lobby were out of lids desk clerk saw us looking for some and never offered to help. Dirty fingerprints on doors were already present when we checked in. they were also there when we left. gross. The AC unit rattled like it was dying.
