Don't expect much

Location was the only thing I was happy with.

Our room was right above the pool, which was fine, but a group of very loud drunk people decided to hang out right under the window while we needed to get some sleep. Then they felt the need to have their subs in the vehicle blasting, and no one willing to tell them to turn it down. The blankets had a LOT of little black hairs all over it and hairs in the bathroom. For paying over $300 for the room, it was an absolutely horrible experience.

location

i couldn’t charge my phone outlets didn’t work - hot breakfast was cold - milk spoiled as was the orange juice - when I told the waitress she got upset - the doors were open in the hallway by our room where they had mops and I guess washed and it was dirty in there. 647 for two nights was outrageous for that hotel.

Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and everything was fresh. Coffee was excellent as well.

Bed was a little too firm. Ended up with a back ache.

I thought the two nights we spent out of the four was expensive for a place like this. It was 179.00 which is very expensive for a place like muncie.

Convenient location, great price.

convenient location, offered free breakfast, pool was open, variety of restaurants nearby

Parking lot was full of trucks with trailers taking multiple spots in a small parking lot. Front desk staff told me to park in handicap spots if I wanted to.

we didn’t stay here

I made the reservation on the Second of December. the reservation was for the thirteenth through the nineteenth. We get there only to find out the elevators are out of service and have been for over a month. We are then told the only rooms available are on the third floor and we would have the walk up stairs to get to the room. The clerk helped us find another hotel which turned out to be a two star hotel. very disappointed.

Overall great time, would stay here again!

Excellent location, close to stores and restaurants. The pool was perfect for our kids and the breakfast was good.

The draft around the heating/cooling unit was really bad and it made the heat kick on a lot and it was really loud!

Location was good. Easy to get to and check-in was standard.

Our bathtub was clogged and would fill up with water every time we used it. Also, caulk and spackle was used extensively around the bathroom because the workmanship was very poor. When you can visibly see something is poorly put together, it makes you wonder about the quality of what you can't see (cleanliness, food quality, etc...)

The blinking smoke detectors were bothersome.

Breakfast was ok…eggs and hot dogs seemed strange.

We’d like sausage or bacon instead of hot dogs.
