Nice Lobby but room floor/carpet were filthy. I tried to clean marble threshold btwn b'rm + bedroom

The woman who checked in was very bizarre and was not wearing Hotel uniform or other identification. Not sure if she was disabled but so slow and not clear about check in process.

On the Priceline website -- there was a fitness center listed as amenity -- but there was none.

Filthy, uncomfortable, smelled terrible.

The location was ideal

Check-in was 3pm. Arrived at 9pm and no room was ready. The bed and pillows were terrible. The room smelled like state park outhouse air freshener; all of our clothes smelled like that for our entire trip. Breakfast was packaged pastries.

Very good

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options each morning. The location of the hotel made it easy to travel from Lansing to other parts of Michigan. The staff was friendly and polite.

The hotel could use more washing machines and dryers for those who are doing an extended stay there.

The breakfast left something to be desired it could have been attended to better; however, it had plenty of options.

Everything was as depicted on the hotel description. Some areas need a little updating but nothing was in poor shape.

Wonderful experience!

I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere of the facility; the continental breakfast that was provided to all guests and the options that were available; also for the room that I stayed in for the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, and that amenities provided

Wish that staff could have been present at the desk upon check-out...I had to just leave my keys on the desk behind the counter/keyboard areas.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

The rooms are a little small only because it's one room. Traveling with children that can become overwhelming because you are all in 1 space. Needed somewhere to be able to relax spacing myself from the children.

Superb

Clean updated building We were nice and warm plenty of room. Staff was friendly and breakfast variety was good.

They had us on the ground floor right off the lobby so, while that feels safe, it was noisy in the morning. Making a left to get to the highway it's tough because there's no stoplight.

It was pleasant

Liked the free breakfast and fruit. Liked the value and microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Toilet didn’t flush properly. Had to get a plunger from housekeeping. Hotel was older but clean. Could use some updating. Would be nice if there was some coffee or tea or water available at check in.

awful key card readers, extremely inconvenient

location and nice rooms

the room key mechanism on the doors were awful. we had to change rooms once because we couldn’t let ourselves in. we had to have the manager manually unlock the door for us to get in. and once we got in our new room, the key card was faulty again. I probably got 10 new key cards from the from desk during my 3 night visit. unacceptable
