Won’t stay there again

The bed mattress was very old and broken down. I tried to tell the person at the front desk, however, they looked as if they didn’t hear me, or were ignoring me.

Marvelous place to get some r&r.

The cleanliness, comfort, and location.

The bed wasn’t centered with the entertainment center.

Very good

It was comfortable but the pool looked murky and so we did not want to swim. Which was one thing we were looking forward to. I think they need someone to care for the pool everyday

way too expensive for this type of accommodations. it is priced like a Drury. but it is more like a motel 6.

the location

it is run down. dark hallways. non working fountain out front makes the place look cheap. loose bathtub faucet, ugly and old mattresses, scratchy covers.

It was good and I would stay there again.

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

The curtains would not close all the way so the parking lot lights shined in the room at night time.

It was ok but not an 8 star

I did not think it was an 8 star. It was not the cleanest Needs updated as there had been several repairs to the ceiling which did not blend. Previous customers blue tooth was still plugged in. if it had been cleaned well the staff would have seen that.

Got what we paid for

Room was fine, dated. But was fine for the night. Breakfast looked stocked. Didn’t really see any staff. Honestly only complaint was the noise of the other guests. Not the staff or the facilities fault. The indoor pool was small.

More staff for breakfast. Lobby was not clean. Updated amenities.

The breakfast was great..

the pool was tiny and the towels in the pool area had stains on them. The rooms and pool area are Very out dated and not like in the pictures. Went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out from whoever used it before. There was hairs on the shower wall as well. When we mentioned something to the manager he was very very rude and didn’t give a single care in the world about the complaints we had..

Nothing I was overcharged and nearly didn't have enough available funds to return home every is shady that works there

Be aware of the airport and helicopters all night long but we were aware of location when booking.

Employees/great. Cleanliness/great. Breakfast/great. Bedroom curtains/the worse I’ve ever seen. Outdoor spotlights directly into the room. For this reason I will NEVER stay at this location.

My stay was great. Well lit when I came in late. Very acomdating. The breakfast was great.

The customer service was great. The property is quiet. I was able to sleep no issues. The rooms have everything you need. Very clean with lots of clean towels. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

The carpets needs to be shampooed in the rooms and hallway on third floor.I found a juice stained in my room.

Great place if you like swimming in the Artic!

Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was very good!

The heated indoor pool and pool area was extremely cold.
