Okay stay, no pool

Breakfast and location were wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was emptied and not functioning when we stayed in July. Unless I missed it somewhere, I was not notified this would not be open and was a big reason why we chose the hotel in the first place.

It seemed like it needed lots of repairs & long overdue renovations. My room had stains on the ceiling, curtains and in tub. The tv only got 6-8 channels, if any more were included, it wasn’t set up to do so.

It was not easy for a person in a wheelchair.

Close to our new house.

Not wheelchair accessible like it said on the website. Not enough handicap parking.

Superb

Breakfast was excllent and location was excellent.

I tried to check in about 45 minutes early and was told there would be 35 dollar charge. I elected to wait.

The stay provided our needs. We got to meet some nice people.

It was close to home so we could get away while our floors were being refinished.

We heard the very loud garbage truck at 4:45am. There’s a slow leak in the toilet in room 113. We did like that our room was tidied and fresh towels each day! The staff was very friendly!

Stay was good. Antonio is a complete GEM!

Antonio is a gem I had called the evening prior to arrival with a request and he was so pleasant, reassuring and kind on the phone he put me at ease. once we arrived he greeted us so warmly and was excellent and absolutely sweet. rooms were not on the best shape but due to how kind the staff was I was able to overlook it and sanitize myself. Antonio deserves all the props, praise and respect he has to be the reason this property is successful!

Will not stay there again.

No daily room cleaning. Which means no clean towels, washcloths coffee for the room Bed was hard Lamp shade was falling apart Picture was missing from wall. Just screws visible. No USB ports Curtains were hanging off the track.

Convenient location if you have to be in Fuquay-Varina. Near the main road of the town.

Room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Hallways smelt like weed. Walls, rugs, & bathroom were dirty & stained. Everything seems very old. None of the outlets work & the pillows are so small.

I feel ripped off by booking.com.

Hello. I feel ripped off by booking.com. The regular price for one person room at the Conford Inn is 116.00 per night. Booking.com charged me 176.00 + Tax per night, paying 422.00 in total. I know that Booking.com should charge the commission but this is abusive and I will never use their services again and with anyone who can comment on what happened. It is a real scam.
