Nothing to like about this because when we arrived we were turned away by a cop and a security guard even though we made a reservation. If they didn't have availability they should inform the booking agents so that updates can be made on all booking platforms. It is unprofessional and I wouldn't stay there just because of that.
The fact that you can pay and still be out of your reservation, one couple came from a long way and had just got off the plane to be turned away and I felt more anger, annoyed, disappointed, and disgusted for them than I did for myself..Again.....NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER.

Don’t come here!!! There were a lot of bad people outside the property and the worst was that nobody was at the front desk to check in. I called booking and they found me another place where staying for the night.

I paid for my room. No vacancies. You guys took my money!
I paid for my room and got all the way there only to be told there were no vacancies by an off duties cop. Plus I have to sleep in my car. With no one to call about my refund.

Meeting a family who met my family and a gentleman?,that is all we liked.
Facilities/room,people,staff(not present mostly),unsafe and unsanitary beds' room maintenance, stove not working, no phone in rm, unsanitary conditions, having to buy my own items which a hotel should provide ,having to purchase dtrgnts and other products to wash linens, and all housewares etc.door slamming by room booked no sleep for entire family during stay! Requesting refund partial payment or eligible refunds based in this notation. Re told Ms Linda General Manager who was present and first time seen during my family's check out on May 7th.

Fire alarms going off

Privacy was what I needed. And it met all criteria
Had to wait for towels

The Wi-Fi was great. Several channels on tv to choose from.
Toilet was leaking. Water damage in kitchen area. Hardly no kitchen cups, silverware etc. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom linen had stains. Several water bugs everywhere. Kids running and playing in the hallway all night. Window would not lock securely. Fire alarm was pulled by a guest was an inconvenience at 7am.

This property needs to be reported to the Health Department and I may as well be the one to do it. My brother stayed here to be able to enjoy his college homecoming. He is disabled and uses a rolling walker and he had to try to kill these roaches. He didn't spend much time in the room because there was also no TV working. The wire were coming out of the wall!

The room was disgusting! The bathroom was awful along with the stove. There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!!!! We didn’t even stay. We left and got another room elsewhere. Never again!!!!!

The place is a dump
Security doors didn't work security lights were off the room door wouldn't open without it dragging on the floor. A condemned room in the hotel. Supposed to be a full kitchen. One pot one paper cup one cutting board. No microwave no doors to the cabinets. The refrigerator work. I wouldn't call that a full kitchen. Maid service obviously did the best they could. Not sure what the bug on the wall was but it wasn't a normal roach.

Absolutley nothing. It was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. And Ive stayed at at least 15 different hotels in NC.
So I only stayed here because there was something going on in town drawing a large crowd. So almost every hotel was booked. When I checked in, they tried to put me in 2 different rooms that were both absolutely disgusting. They hadn't even been cleaned from the last guest that was in them. So they told me to give them some time and I had to wait at least an hour to finally get a room that was still crappy. TV didn't work. No microwave. It was on the 1st floor and all night and day groups of 6+ people stood right outside the window. Heard them all night. There is no maintenance person working there at all and it shows. The place is falling apart. Paid $125 for a place that I normally wouldn't even pay $60 for.

Advertise as Queen beds but are full size. The headboards which are queens are wider than the mattress.
I seen several roaches throughout the building
Location was easy to get too

Hotel located in great location. That's it.
No television in the room, nobody available to talk to after 6 pm, entire hotel smells like weed, roaches are out of control. The only reason why we didn't leave because before we got there we were drinking & didn't want DUI'S. Terrible hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.
