Nothing. Literally nothing.
Everything. I left early because the room was so hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was dirty. Stains on the floor the bathroom was tiny for a tall person I had to duck in the shower.

The lady at the front desk was super nice.the room was nice and big. The shower had lots of pressure. The rooms are very out dated what was nice because it was like memory lane for me.
It was super hot in The room even though it was winter time. Not sure if it was the heater or fan broken but that was my only problem with my stay.

The view
Everything about this place from the room being dirty to the housekeeping constantly keeping me up while I'm trying to sleep. Rooms smelled like cigars and Marijuana and it was a non smoking room. There was Mouse droppings as well as dead Bugs in the fridgerator and it was so gross. The Shower was cold water only. The Bed had springs or metal poking through mattress and itbwas just aweful and super uncomfortable. The Hot-tub didn't work properly which was disappointing because thats why i chose toand 1 would think that for paying nearly $300 for less than 10 hours I spent there, I'd like more than just the view. This was an aweful experience and I don't suggest spending your money to stay here. I've a seen Hostels have cleaner environments that this place. I'm not 1 to really ever complain but this place was so bad I had to say something about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and I liked the set up of the pool house with the double hot tubs.
The room was a little dark, and there was only outside access to the pool so it was pretty cold going back to room.

We like that it is close to family and easy access to roads.
The lady at the front desk wasn't super helpful when it came to asking about a different room. Said it was all booked up when really there wasn't many people there.... we got to our room and it was HORRIBLE! Dirty walls, there was either paint or caulking all over the ground. The lamps had no lamp shades on them but were next to them on the tables but nothing to hold them onto. There was the desk chair that was covered in something disgusting. No wastebasket. Not vacuumed so dirt/mud everywhere on the floor. The desk drawer and dresser drawers were broken. The TV remote didn't have a back or even batteries in it.
We called and complained and got a different room but it was a bit better but still dirty floors, no wastebasket, and no hand soap in the room.

Comfortable beds, large bathroom area
Carpets are unclean and had multiple stains, appeared that bathroom and some room areas had not been vacuumed. Plug in options for phones etc was very limited. Basically a few wall plugs

Upon arrival, it turned out the jacuzzi suite I booked was not available and we were given a different room.
The jacuzzi was the entire reason I chose this location. I would have chosen a cheap, basic room otherwise, since we were only staying one night for a concert. All I wanted was to be able to soak in a big hot bath with my husband afterwards, but if that wasn't available, all we needed was a bed. Instead I forked out almost 300 dollars for a bath we never got.
After a conversation with the front desk upon arrival, a call to Booking.com who wasn't able to reach the hotel on the phone after multiple attempts, an email from Booking to the hotel, an email from me to the hotel, and ANOTHER phone call from me to the hotel, over several weeks, I STILL have not gotten a response or a refund for the price difference between the room I booked and the downgraded room I was given instead. What a collosal ripoff.

Location
No breakfast anymore so you are not getting what you pay for. This property has slipped in taking care of the rooms. I also felt it was not as clean as it used to be.

We like down stairs . Had room upstairs.

There was a couch and table so we could all hang out and decompress after going out. I got a second floor room and the balcony view was incredible even with the smoke from the fires.
I did find some trash behind the bed side table and the sheets had debris in it almost like the lint trap didn't catch everything.

Good location. Good restaurants nearby.
The room was weird. It had a kitchen but no supplies. One coffee cup? The room was so big. It made no sense. Everything was outdated. Not enough towels. Even though there were lots of cars parked near different rooms, it looked like a hotel that was going out of business. So sad.

I was upgraded to a jacuzzi tub room and then the jacuzzi tub jet didn't work so I don't feel like I really got an upgrade at all.

No breakfast served
Worst hotel in our life time

The location, restaurants nearby and access to freeway.
There was a part bottle of wine and partial role of toilet paper on ground outside our room the entire stay. Ice machine didn't work. When we opened our curtains there was a dark wall, not enough light to read anything.

we got a room on the ground floor right on the river and it was beautiful to wake up to every morning. honestly we could have paddle boarded right off the back deck if we wanted.
the carpet needed replaced like 5 years ago and had, what looked like, a pretty large blood stain on it. we stayed for 3 nights and were only given 2 coffee bags and no creamer or sugar and only two towels for the whole stay. wasn’t the nicest room I’ve been in for sure, but the location kinda made up for it.

The location next to the Deschutes River was very nice. The bed was comfortable but everything else was really below expectations.
The room came with a 2 burner cook top. However, there were no pots/pans, no silverware, no glasses in the room! We only had 2 coffee mugs and that was it. Very very poor in room items proveded. Also, our kitchen sink was clogged and we called twice to have it fixed. The receptionist apologized but no one came to fix it. The carpet was very dated (1970's) and several stains on it. The room appeared to not have been cleaned as when we checked in, there was one towel, the 2 coffee cups and items on the carpet (not vacuumed). Very dissatisfied with this room and will not be coming back. The staff were very apologetic and said they just couldn't get good help. Well, pay them more or figure it out because "Im sorry" isn't goint to cut it!

The location and the view.
The hotel was very loud. I could hear every step the people above me made. They were like a herd of tap dancing elephants that kept dropping their bowling ball.

This may have been the nicest hotel stay I have ever experienced. Our room was large and exceptionally well-appointed. The balcony looked over the Deschutes River -- green, cool, and inviting. I needed to teach a class by Zoom during my stay; the hotel gave me access to a business conference room for free to teach the class. I now cannot imaging staying anyplace else in Bend. On top of all this, the hotel was a great value.
