Mildew and mold smell everywhere, beds were hard and uneven. We felt gross starting there.

I think they liked the pool.

We didn't like a wide variety of things. Small red bugs on tables where breakfast was. They are also in drink machine. Ants(red) all over counters and walls. The ants got on our stuff and we spent the car ride home, capturing them. Low water pressure in toilets-had to fill bucket with water and pour to get toilet to flush. Wedding party blasting loud music and kids running up and down hallways way past midnight. They left trash outside, in the hallways. Microwave jiggles and clicks.

Affordable

the facility seems was okay and should be okay still if maintained properly. Unfortunately, seems to be not the case

Room has smell, AC not working, hot all night and loud, slow filling water in the toilet bowl, sink dirty. Door dont shut completely so make sure u always put the top lock.

not an acceptable hotel to accept have people the way it currently appears and non functioning AC and pool.

Central AC was not functioning well at this hotel. very little ac in the rooms at this hotel. We got a portable fan in our room which helped but it was not AC. Pool was also down. We were too tired to go elsewhere but really should have. breakfast was ok. This old Sheraton hotel needs an update/ remodel or level it. it appears it was a beautiful hotel / conference center at one time but is sadly neglected. weeds everywhere and poor upkeep of the plants in the atrium. Clarion should not advertise with booking.com or anywhere. it was definitely not worth any $ $ to stay there. I should have been paid to stay there. not an acceptable hotel to stay open. how long has the AC and the pool been down?? I wonder.

Disappointing

There was a diner across the street which was nice.

The pool was closed and that was not said on it's website or on booking.com One of the main reasons we went was for the indoor pool.. The rooms air conditioning was not working at all it was very hot and uncomfortable.

This hotel look like an creepy abandoned building. The rooms are very outdated, there were ants in the rooms, cracks in the walls, unsand plaster on walls, the beds were ok but they used throw pillows to replace the bed pillows, when you turned on the microwave it blew out the TV, the pool didn't work, the carpet was dirty. We had to get a fan since the air conditioner didn't work. The staff seem very weird (robotics) when they were asked any type of questions. This hotel should be permanently closed and not reflect on your listing it's bad business.

Probably won't come back

I liked that it had a pool and breakfast every morning. The bed was comfy. The sheets felt good and seemed clean.

Although they had breakfast every day, it was in an area where ants could get into the utensils used for the eggs and potatoes. The door where our room was located near was supposed to be card entry only but you could tell the door had been pulled on and broken so it could be opened whenever and I didn't feel completely safe. There were a lot of stains and holes on the walls and on the ceilings. Above the shower looked like a lot of water damage and the ceiling could fall with more damage. The fridge was crooked so I had to be careful how I put my drinks in so it didn't spill. The hotel signs were so confusing as well. The room had too many furnishings in it with little space for a king room.

I would not stay again. Over priced and under staffed.

The heated pool was nice

The staff was not prompt or helpful. I booked a second room at the property for my children when I arrive to check in for my room because I noticed there was a heated pool the heated pool was the only good thing about this day the second room wasn’t ready until 7 PM it wasn’t cleaned entirely which is scary during Covid the toilet in the first room was leaking I reported it and no one ever came to fix it.

the worse experience I’ve had in a long time

the indoor pool

the air conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t work, it would blow off very hot air. Mike from front desk gave us a fan and informed us that the thermostat needed to be off for about 15 minutes too then work again because it was freezing outside (temperature was in the low 30s, not freezing)

Uncomfortable and tiring

Pool was open later due to no electricity at check in. Plenty of towels. Clean linens.

Heat was stuck on 72 degrees. SOOOO hot we could barely sleep. No hot water in sink. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Broken phone. Curtains were severely stained. No electricity at check in. Loud neighbors.

I like the location staff was awesome an the pool was beautiful

My room smelled like mildew the carpet was wet we had baby spiders all in our room with some other little bugs i got bit by a bed bug an the breakfast eggs were cold an the waffle batter was spoiled
