Clean sheets and warm running water but would not recommend - dirty and leaky.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The amount of space was also nice, having a suite there was 2 separate rooms but really lacked comfortable seating. The lobby was nice.

It rained, and the roof leaked in multiple places. The floor was absolutely filthy. My 1 year old had black knees within minutes of crawling on the linoleum hardwoods. None of the drains were covered. The tub felt sunken when you stood on it. No elevator or ice machine that worked on our floor. Lack of sufficient towels and extra sheets for the pullout chair. The pullout chair was dirty and stained.

I didn't stay here and I would never even think about it again.

I didn't even end up staying at this hotel because the first room I went to was dirty and hadn't even been cleaned. The second room they sent me to there was another family already in. And the third room they sent me to was also not even cleaned yet.

Disappointed, and overcharged!

We booked in advance. My brother and I were going to Gettysburg for the weekend. We booked one room with two queens. When we got to the hotel our room was not available. Had to upgrade and pay 40.00 more for a one bed room. They over booked…. Ugh. Ended up sleeping on a couch that was so hard. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Disappointed that we booked in advance and they did not have a room for us when we got there. Ended up having to pay 40.00 more and list a bed. Never again!

Good value $159 2 nights, queen beds, would have been lots better w pool

The room was roomy plenty of room if u had alot bags/suitcases, air conditioning worked good, pretty quiet too for being near rte 81

They didn't notify me until i was past my cancelation deadline about the swimming pool not being open, the beds while comfortable made a sound like you were hitting metal when getting in and rolling over, not bad though, overal id give it a 6 out of 10

Room was good, bed was good. Rate was so-so. But probably will not stay there again

There was no breakfast in any of the 4 days we were there. Only coffee, no tea, no juice, nothing

Should have been told at check in that we're not having breakfast. And guest should not have ask and wait 10 minutes to get a coffee cup.

Location

No locks on outside door, anyone could come in. Very sparse furniture,. Heard people next door most of the night. Towels very thin and soaps in bathroom very small. Only 2 small pillows on each bed

The first room they gave us was a handicap room with nothing in it but a bed,and a stand with a light with a small tv on a stand. Also a mouse trap with a cracker in it by the door. The second room had no pillows,no towels and the toilet was real dirty. The conditions were so poor we canceled our stay

Terrible management. We had reservations, but they were shut down when we arrived.

Nothing. We booked the room 2 months in advance of our trip. We received regular emails from booking.com with confirmation info. After driving 6 hours, we arrived to find the hotel was closed because it hadn't passed an electrical inspection. They never called or emailed to tell us they would be closed. We luckily found a nearby hotel to stay in. Absolutely awful service for a hotel to not even call when they cannot fulfill their commitments.

We didnt like anything there.....

It wasnt clean it was nasty the floors were sticky the first room we got was really dirty the bed wasnt made the bathroom was nasty the toilet seat had pee all over the seat the other room they put us in it smelled bad dirty the blankets smelled like they wasnt washed it was awful.... Our lights didnt work only ones that worked was the bathroom and by the bed... Never will stay there again

Look elsewhere

The location was convenient for our travel plan.

The overall cleanliness was horrible. The room had broken furniture and non working amenities. The entire interior of the building smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The staff at the desk were apologetic but that only goes so far. It appears that some rooms are rented as apartments. There were dirty washcloths and towels in the shower when we arrived. There was mold in the bathroom. The furniture was grimy and extremely worn. I was extremely disappointed with this booking.

Nightmare, won't ever stay there again

Nothing went well from the start. I registered and said I would be arriving between noon and 1. Room wasn't ready, paid extra $25 due to not being at 3 PM or after. Nothing stating this when I signed up. The 3rd room was nice only because I was going to leave and go somewhere else and get my money back.

Everything. The 3rd room I was given was a suite only because the first room was not clean and musty smelling and I paid extra $25 for this. Second room I was told was ready but it was still being cleaned and in the newer remodeled section. When I said I wanted my money back I was given the suite which I didn't need but it was at least clean and not musty.
