Brief. The reviews were far too generous for the condition of a “newly renovated” establishment

The whole place. When I pulled in it was really sketchy, but I checked in, attended to my travel business and when we came back I checked out immediately. It was dirty, there were bugs, stuff was broken in the room and we did not feel safe staying there the night.

Very old hotel febally trying to hang on. At one time it might have been nice....that day is gone.

I didn't partake of breakfast due to its less than appealing nature.

Needs to be fresher, less greasy and perhaps less frozen mealish.

I will never stay here again

Nothing. I wouldn’t have stopped here if it wasn’t so late or any better options.

The hotel was old and rundown, the bed sagged in the middle, the breakfast looked inedible and smelled bad. And it was expensive for what it was.

VISITING MY FAMILY IN FLORIDA

ROOM AND BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY AND THEY HAVE AN ONSITE REASTURANT ITS VERY TASTY AND IT WAS RIGHT OFF TO I95 AND GOT FOR THE REASONABLE PRICE

Terrible cause I kept thinking something was crawling on me.

The bathroom and toilet was so nasty I went to the store and got cleaning supplies.

Not great.

The staff was nice

The first room we were given was already open/ recently used. The beds were messed up, tv blaring etc. the second room smelled horrible and the carpet was wet.

because of the front desk lady I didn’t want to ask for an refund and be difficult because she was soo friendly and nice

The front desk lady was sooooo sweet , love her energy !

THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING , the walls were dirty , the bed liens was stained . And the manager when I called back about my refund was NOT FRIENDLY or had good customer service !

Does not compare well to other quality inn hotels. was supposed to be smoke free but room next to me obviously smoking and the smoke came under the door when heat was running (I had to wash all clothes in my bag due to the smoke). Paint was pulled from walls, black mold in bath tub area. vent fan cover in bath mangled - just really lacking good general upkeep. linens had old stains and same with shower curtain. Carpet still wet from being cleaned.

The lack of breakfast due to Covid was rediculous. Coffee and a donut could have been provided without endangering guest or staff.

Property is somewhat run down. Tv had no remote, would not turn on and coaxial cable was ripped out from the wall. No tissues in the room and none available from the desk.

Won't stay there ever again. Disappointed

Front counter staff was great

Remote and TV didn't work. Toilet ran all night. Just generally I'm disrepair. Ended up getting up at 4:00 and got the heck out.

The lady at check in was very friendly.

We book three rooms two of which were terrible one smelled like marijuana and the other smelled like something died and the mattress looked like someone threw up down the side of it.
