The staff was great! Breakfast was good.

Vents were dirty. The hotel looks like it was something else before so the place looks like it needs upgrading.

Breakfast was terrible but the location is awesome

The breakfast was NOT good at all!!! The server customer service skills was terrible. It was as if she had an attitude. The grits was lumpy. The eggs was in cubes. I informed her that the cranberry juice was out. She actually suck to the tooth. I watch another young man come to her and asked a question. She was very rude to him. Other than that everybody else was awesome but if I was ever to stay there again, and if I know if she’s working, I will not have breakfast.

Bad and won’t be back

Place was old and haggard….smelled, room was dirty. Man at the front desk was not very nice. It was pit stop but the hotel was disgusting.

It was a horrible experience.

The bathtub didn't drain. Ended up standing in a tub full of water when finished with my shower. Lost power and phone in room. Room was not clean - light switch plates, hair dryer were dirty. USB port was unusable as it was covered with some sticky substance. Grout on bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Pillows were horrible. I used three and it was like I was using none. Some of the pillowcases had stains on them. The bathroom door had a self-closing hinge so the door wouldn't stay open. The bathroom got too warm. Mote importantly that is extremely dangerous for young children.

Good location, fair staff, good breakfast but needs some TLC.

Breakfast was good and the people were very nice in the breakfast area.

Rooms are shabby, they are in desperate need of updating. Holes in doors, Door stopper falling off the walls. Poor water pressure in the sink and shower. Carpet is dirty and dated.

Very pleasant,although unplanned stay !

Breakfast was great ! Food plentiful , delicious and lots of good choices ! Room offered lots of amenities-well taken care of. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area which the receptionist recommended. Short but pleasant stay !

we stopped in quickly on our way to Florida. comfort in always has a nice comfy place to sleep and we felt well rested
