Nice clean simple traveler stop with friendly staff.

Good location at end of culdesac. Easy walk to a couple restaurants.

Location is close to so many things

For the price of the room, the selection of the breakfast was great! I felt safe while there

There was one washer and dryer for all guest to use. I had some rude guest take my clothes from the washer to the dryer without my permission even though my clothes was still not finished washing

Ease of finding Sleep Inn; shopping close by

When checking in, I asked the desk clerk for a map of the area (which she offered to print one) because I had an appt the next morning at Vanderbilt Children's Clinic and wasn't sure where it was located; the clerk immediately asked me if I meant St Thomas? No, Vandy-she then proceeded to tell me that Vanderbilt was in Nashville 30-45 minutes away-I attempted to explain and she again said Vandy is in Nashville. . .duh, I just drove through Nashville and I am aware. . .she gave me a very unprofessional stare, snappy retort and said next as someone had walked up behind me. . .might want to educate your staff about what's in the area and how to be more professional and customer oriented Noise from the interstate

Entire building had a very strong musky mildew smell and odor. Everything else was good but the smell was disgusting.

All in all it was nice.

I have to travel to Murfreesboro once a month to see a Doctor have been doing this for over a year now and so far sleep in has had the best breakfast but we will see checking them all out well not all.

Heating and cooling system is to loud.

The continental breakfast was more than expected. Everything was clean and fresh.

When I got there I was given the room I reserved. When I got up to the room it hadn't been cleaned. The bed had been slept in, wet towels on the floor. The garbage hadn't been taken out, the tv was on and the ironing board was left out. When I went to the front desk she barely listened to me and just slid new key cards at me. The room I reserved was handicapped accessible and the room I received was not. I was very displeased with our stay.

It was okay

Location and price was good. Staff could afford to get a little TLC training in customer service. Receptionist rolled her eyes when we asked to get two rolls of toilet tissues. Another receptionist did not have common sense to open front doors because of smoke alarms going off twice at 6 AM because someone burnt something. I came down and explained what to do and finally the second time he got it

Just a smile and to be courteous to the customers and not show attitude

Rooms were quiet.Showers and the beds were nice!

Breakfast was great.Coffee was good. Location was also great,as we were attending a wedding close by.

We had ask for a later check out time being we were dressed for a wedding one person told us 12:30 over the phone. After we arrived we could not stay but until 12.So we left earlier and hung out at the Cracker Barrel close by:(
