Disgusting!!!

Location only

Room very nasty walls nasty. Plaster around toilet and tub full of dirt. I had to go to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. Room full of smoke from smoking in the none smoking rooms. Which was bad because i have asthma. They also don't have elevators you have to take stairs. Staff very rude and only wants to give the newly renovated rooms to certain people. I was booked for a week me and another nurse couldn't do we left early and they did refund us. All in all I WILL NEVER STAY HERE. breakfast is only a hot waffle no eggs no meat. The owners appears to be greedy and not value their investment property. Don't book. Also the floors was filthy house keeping is doing nothing but making the beds. And replacing towels. Because it was dirt and dust city .

Disappointing

Location was good.

Room was dirty. Air was not on when we arrived, it took 3 hours for the room to get to a comfortable temp.

Absolutely nothing

I got ate up with flies in room 114 and the wouldn't switch my room out I guess my mouth was open when I went to sleep the flies was biting my top lip they were in my mouth my eyes were swollen they were all in my hair when I went and asked them do they at least have something I can use to get them off of me they said no at 3am in the morning I had to find a store open I looked up ways to get them off I had to soak my self in alcohol when we checked out the next morning they were rude and made it seem like it wasy fault I got ate up don't stay there!!!!! They literally hurt my feelings they are horrible people

the hotel was dirty and my room smells like cigarettes, the fridge wasn’t clean, it had old candy and hair in it and the walls were dirty.

Extremely disappointing stay!

The proximity to the interstate.

it was filthy. Stained carpets in the common areas didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a long time. The bedding was stained. There was black fuzz on the sheets like they had been washed with something other than whites. The shower had soap scum where soap had been set and hadn’t been cleaned and a used bar of soap was still in the shower. When we arrived there were 3 groups of people in the lobby arguing with staff for refunds because there rooms were extremely dirty. Breakfast - orange juice came out of machine hot like coffee hot. Sign on machine said to get ice from ice machine for the juice. Didn’t eat or drink for fear of getting sick from food. Only hotel with a room available so we stayed as we were tired. Would never recommend this hotel.

Dirty and falsely advertised as another location that is updated.

Nothing.

The floors, toilet, shower/tub, counters, towel shelf, towels, and bed sheets were all dirty and the room smelt bad the entire time. There were loud guests standing directly in front of my room (located at the end of the hall by a maintenance/supply room) arguing and yelling and an employee who repeatedly walked in front of my room to the supply room, playing loud music on their phones at 7am till checkout. Loud enough to wake me up. The room was also falsely advertised by photos online as the same updated rooms in the Shelbyville location. The location I stayed at was not at all similar in look or cleanliness as the Shelbyville location. The Murfreesboro location was dirty and outdated and I would never stay there again.

it was very dirty. the service at the desk was awful. the heater literally fell off the wall and the other family at the other end of the hall heard it happen at midnight.

it had nice shower and good location

the bed hurt my back and a stain on the sheet and dark spot on the tv screen

The staff was great! The location is excellent as well.

The facilites could have been cleaner. The lobby ceiling was being patched up and I had to switch rooms because my TV wouldn't work. The friendliness of the staff made up for the other stuff.

Hotel staff was friendly. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The overall experience was pleasant and a good value.
