Nice variety of pools indoor and outdoor and the bar was cool too. There's a couple saunas and a whirlpool hot tub. We only ate here for breakfast but there was lots of good food to choose from. The rooms were nice and clean. This is a nice place to stay for sure.
Wilma Rudolph road.

The woman at the front desk (sorry I didn't ger her name but she has 5 kids!) was awesome. We live in town and just wanted a night away from the kids. She made sure our night was great & it was. Breakfast buffet was nice, always goot to have a hot breakfast.
The pillows are awful. Like air, it takes all 4 to even lift your head. We didn't sleep the best but it was ok. They do stop making fresh food for the breakfast buffet @ 9:30 (or they did for us) even though they stop serving at 10:30 so definitely be early. But most everything was very good. Coffee was so yummy & biscuits & gravy. The eggs were terrible & the cinnamon apples taste like they have no sugar which was very odd. But it's a free buffet breakfast that was not overwhelmingly busy & stayed hot. We really enjoyed it.

We loved the indoor and outdoor pool facilities they even had a baby pool my daughter loved. The breakfast was included and delicious. The courtyard was a wonderful place to relax and watch fireflies. We loved the atmosphere of this hotel, very family friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely stay again. The staff was wonderful and friendly, guest services, housekeeping, and food service. The location is also convenient close to Walmart, Target, Waffle House, and many other restaurants.
Out of all the many great employees we encountered, there was only one woman who worked at the front desk who wasn't very welcoming. The mattress was a little hard and hurt my back, I think they should start replacing those over time. Also, the room had a ventilation issue. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, and I think if they replaced it, that may help. It is obviously humid in TN, but our hanging clothes and bedding stayed damp over the week and never dried.

Good choices
More staff to prevent wait times for seating and coffee request for cups and cutlery

The staff, the food, the amenities, the room and the entire hotel were just AMAZING! A Sauna, An atrium center courtyard to sit and watch birds, hot hot tub, indoor heated pool, and the food at the restaurant SPECTACULAR! This place reminded me of the hotels back when I vactioned with my parents as a child. 😍

the location directly off the highway was great. the bed was comfortable.
my two year old found a pack of cigarettes on the floor within two min of our stay. all 3 room we booked smelt of mold. the pool was freezing. the hot tub is small and away from the pool so i could not use it while my kids swam. breakfast was mediocre and everyone in our family of 10 had a stomachache after leaving. was told pool didn’t open until 10, but everyone was in it at 7am from other rooms.

The room was nice enough but no fan in the bathroom and no table in the room. The lobby was pretty and smelled clean.
The indoor pool and jacuzzi was in the main lobby. A little odd! No fan in the bathroom, no table in the room, no freezer section in the fridge. No elevator even though it's two stories. Only one area of vending that didn't take credit cards and got locked at 11 cause it was in the lobby. We we're a little disappointed being that it was listed as 3 ⭐.

It was outdated and could have been cleaner. Hot tub had dirt in it. Pillows were awful small and way to thick.

The buffet was excellent in the service. The pool and hot tub area was clean customer service was excellent.
In the bathtub there was black long stringy hair hanging on the walls in the bathtub. In the winter time you need a bigger place to change clothes after going swimming.

Location
Everything seems to be going down hill compared to last spring when last we stayed. Restaurant food was not very good and quite luke warm. Breakfast options were reduced and quality was down.

I stayed here because this hotel had a very nice jacuzzi and a sauna and it was all working and did not close till 11:00 p.m. wonderful hours wonderful atmosphere in the garden it was very satisfying.
The only thing I didn't like which I'm sure this hotel could not help is that the rooms are located outside so it is an outside Corridor not an inside corridor but our room was actually in the inner Courtyard which was still pretty cool because it was close to the garden Pool Spa and sauna area.

fairly clean
traffic was so congested on this corner it was impossible to get in & out of for dinner

We really enjoyed the indoor pool, our grandkids played in the evenings and it helped settle them down. The breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant to talk to.
The street location made it a letter harder to get out during busy times. There was no menu in the rooms for the restaurant and u couldn't take the breakfast back to the room but neither would keep us from coming back
2.5
Where the hotel was located. And your own entrance to your room
Very outdated hole in the wall of bathroom. Microwave didn’t work. And the bath tub stop did not work. Not very clean
4.5
Location cleanliness and breakfast
Toilet was extremely too close to the floor. Higher seat toilets needs to become standard in all rooms. It was very difficult getting up and I am not handicap
4.5
Hot tub, breakfast, staff, access to interstate
Couldn’t see TV from bathtub 😂
3.5
Location & affordability
Hot tub needs to be cleaned & repaired - there was sand on the bottom & not all the jets functioned properly.
