Hotel lied about bar being open, it never was! Shower door leaked water onto floor, no towel hooks

Breakfast on Friday and Saturday was good. Sunday breakfast was terrible, very cold omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy were so cold I threw them in the garbage!

Black kitchen lady made sure everything was perfect, young White girl screwed up entire breakfast!!

We had a wonderful time there and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

The room was large and clean. The hotel was beautiful and close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helped us with our needs. I was there for my VietNam Army vets reunion. The breakfast had a menue where we could order things not normally found in other hotels. Most other places only had a continental style breakfast. I've stayed at Best Western Hotels and would not book any other Hotel Chain. They are the best value for the money.

Very disappointing hotel and not worth the money

Very convenient location

Ours rooms were never cleaned despite repeated requests over a 3 night stay, garbage and dirty linen were left in the hallway, the workout room was closed for repair, staff was rude, no towels to be found for rooms or the pool . The breakfast was okay, but they completely ran out of milk and yogurt after the first half hour and the toasters did not work. The water cooler in the lobby was empty.

It was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not get up in time for breakfast so I can’t say. Our room was not ready until about an hour and a half past check in. We were understanding. I know businesses can be short staffed. Staff at front desk was awesome. The lady that was bartending was also friendly. Beds were comfy, room was clean. The only thing negative was the landscaped areas in the parking lot were full of weeds, so not very attractive. But in general, was a nice place to stay.

The room was large.

Could not get the ac to work. The exterior of the building was dirty, the landscaping is full of weeds and dead plants, there was trash on the ground and the door leaks . Also lots of birds and bird nests in the canopy.

all in all we only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t terrible however I would say I def overpaid

the location was close to where we needed to be

the shower head is very low, there are no shelves in the shower to place my soap, razor or even wash cloth. I went downstairs to get a couple of drinks and there was another woman waiting for the receptionist and no one ever came. we even used the phone downstairs to call the front desk, still no one ever came

Stressful and disappointing.

Some of the staff were nice.

The management staff were not responsive to correct an issue when they overcharged me for the room. One of the manager’s tone and the way she talked to me as the customer was rude and inappropriate considering they over charged me. I was told the General Manager would contact me and she never did.

I stayed at this location years ago when it first opened and was impressed. That was my last stay at this hotel.

housekeeping was rude and pushy. They ran out of breakfast items during breakfast hours. Maintenance is not kept up. Our shower was broken that could have easily been repaired with some hardware.

I would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel whenever visiting Clarksville, Tennessee!

The hotel was centrally located near where I was going to be visiting this weekend, and that made it very easy to get around when it was necessary for us to get an Uber. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the temperature of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

There could’ve been a more thorough job of cleaning in the corners of the bathroom, including in and outside of the shower.

More staff is needed. The staff there is great however they are clearly over worked.

The staff, hands down, made the entire stay worth it!! I don't know that I've ever encountered a hotel stay where all shifts were equally as helpful, and just courteous.

Honestly, the things that I may have disliked, were far outweighed by the things that I did like.

Cleanliness is a top priority and they’ve done exceptionally well, but now it would be good to focus on comfort and make

Cleanliness Accessibility to town without feeling like you were right in the middle of it. It felt safe. The lady running the breakfast every morning was a gem.

The walls were paper thin and despite only having another room on one side I could hear everything they said and did as well as every noise from the front desk and lobby. To obtain hot water the sink and shower had to run for two minutes simultaneously and this was a trick told by the front desk. The pillows were atrociously uncomfortable. I was on a work trip having flown in meaning I didn’t have room to pack a comfortable pillow and there were no options for comfort there. The WiFi access was not readily available. The breakfast options were mediocre at best and never enough.

everything was clean, towels were good sized, all linen smelled fresh and clean. The lady that checked us in was great! She talked with my kids and included them in which they loved and also gave them applesauce pouches. I wish I got her name so I could recognize her but I didn’t. she has facial tattoos I know that. She was absolutely great and very informative. Best service I have had at a hotel.

the lobby was very pretty and clean. front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

mattress was nice but wasn’t very comfortable to me. however, that is something is highly dependent on each travelers preference.
