Comfortable.
Way overpriced for what we got.

The staff was very nice, the location in proximity to downtown and the capital was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible.
The room was much smaller than expected. And I know this is out of the hotels control, but the view of the desolate lot and building across the street was less than appealing. The underground parking was honestly scary. They should enforce that smaller vehicles need to go further into the depths, a standard size pickup truck can't fit past the second turn, but all the smaller cars take up those spaces most of the time.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient!
The "lake view" also included an immediate view of a building in varying states of demolition as well as a large puddle of rusty water...not pretty. The neighborhood didn't make you want to go for a walk either.

The views were nice and the room was large
We told them we had come for our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel did not make it special in any way. We asked when we were checking out and the only thing they did was comp our parking. They asked if we got our champagne and we said know. No apology, no congrats wow it’s 20 years.

Loved the location, room was mostly clean.
The ottoman had stains on it, which was very unappealing.

close to venue I was attending
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice.
Lacks a real restaurant with full day and evening hours.
The heater in our room was noisy with clanking. we turned it off and then room became too cold.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds and comfortable temperature in the room.

Delicious room service breakfast! Loved that the bathroom had a makeup counter. Shower had excellent water pressure.
When I booked there were only a few rooms available. Because I wanted a king bed, I booked the room by the pool. The room smelled like pool chlorine, which was overpowering. Also the room was very hot and I could seem to adjust the thermostat. Also I loved that the hotel had a parking garage, but was disappointed that we couldn’t drive our truck for our visit because part of the parking garage was as low as 5’6”!

The location is great. The hotel is clean, has a great pool, and a hot tub.
The breakfast was not included, and the parking lot was of extra charge. The parking lot is underground, and the clearance is extremely low. We drive a mini van, and even for it, we felt not enough space.

Beautiful views from the windows to the State Capitol and closer to State Street.
The pool is small. There is dirty on the water wall of the pool. The temperature in the hotel room was very high at few times because of poor A-C system .

very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas
No issues

good location
hotel room feels weathered and my mattress was essentially half broken (one side has collapsed).
2 people could not comfortably use the bed, sit on the left side and see it for yourself — ridiculous for $350+/night.
front desk manager wasn’t that concerned with my issue, she barely took note, much less took any time to explore the issue further.
