Ok stay.

Make it smell better when entering the hotel. I know it’s a casino. Room service for the restaurant would be good. Schedules provided for the shuttle.

Manage the cigarette smell. I know it would be difficult with the casino being downstairs. Rooms are nice, just upgrade the toilet.

Very middling. Good with the bad.

The staff at this hotel was all very, very nice. Especially the evening front desk person, he went above and beyond to help us. We really were I pressed with everyone. This is an older building, but you can tell they’re trying to fix it up. It was comfortable enough and clean for our stay.

There’s construction going on at this property which was very noisy 2 out of 4 of our mornings, as early as 7-7:30am. This really affected the quality of sleep we got on a trip that was very stressful and emotionally taxing on us. We needed a quiet place to relax and the construction disrupted that. The ice machine on the 5th floor was the only one that worked. The TV did not work upon arrival and had to be fixed. The bedside lamps had to be jiggled in order to work correctly.

Car show is held here so we stay here for it. No more. So run down. Depressing place to stay.

Quite run down. All plumbing fixtures leaked. Fire alarm went off at 5:15 am. No guidance by staff. Evacuated to parking lot. Another guest found out it was a false alarm. No staff out informing people what to do. No apologies. Even when checking out. Told desk clerk that at least an apology was due. Still no apology. Just told me my security deposit would be refunded in five days.

I’d look to stay. Somewhere else.

VERY outdated and in much need of renovation. The rooms were old, smelled musty and looked extremely dated. The bedding was an old blanket between sheets that had cigarette burns.

Numerous hidden costs from price quoted online ($63 but with all hidden fees, came to $108)

Large room, firm mattress tress on beds .

Lack of water pressure on 5th floor. Sink faucet had light dribble of water, shower was “light rain”. Shoddy finish work in shower fixtures (rubber stripping around shower door was coming off, sink faucet had leak from valve handle, lack of electrical plug ins showed age of property)

great stay, but they have mini fridges and microwaves in most every place. maybe why Holiday Inn is there now

Always an enjoyable and comfortable stay at The Railroad Pass Hotel.

though an older facility, the staff was exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and plentiful. We've frequented several times before and will again when we are in the area to visit family. I'm sorry to hear that the property is being sold to a chain and I sincerely hope they keep the friendly and courteous staff that makes Railroad Pass the pleasant place it's always been.

Pass on railroad pass

I booked my room online through you guys then I got to the hotel and on top of more money than I was through online said I would have to pay I got they try to hit me the $100 deposit I couldn't I didn't have the $100 so they canceled my whole booking my reservation ended up losing the 70 something dollars I paid with you guys I'm still waiting on that refund and I haven't heard nothing

The whole situation would not being able to get a room after 8 hours of driving was horrible

Travelled from East Coast to Las Vegas, Very uncomfortable stay on my way to Grand Canyon(West Rim)

There was no air condition working in the room, it was very hot outside(100 degrees in Summer). Few of the bulbs in the room were fused out, experienced very low light in the room. Pillows are very hard, suffered a neck pain for few days after staying for one night. I have brought these issues to the front desk manager, he cared nothing and mentioned that there was no maintenance staff on duty.

Bath rooms were not clean, shower knob was not working. Air Condition needs to be fixed.

Great place to stay outside of Vegas. Good location to see Hoover Dam.

Breakfast was great.

The bathroom was very outdated and shower was difficult to use. Website listed a pool, but it is being removed.

Remember this is also a casino. So be careful As a one night stay it is great

Clean. Hard mattress

The people working in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly. The food was really good.

The bed was very firm. Maybe add a memory foam topper? So much cigarette smoke in the casino ... not used to smoking indoors ... brought back memories of when smoking in public places was acceptable! Booking.com automatically booked us into a smoking room. I didn't realize that until it was too late. The reservation was carved in stone and could not be modified through Booking. Hotel was reluctant to switch us into a nonsmoking room because we booked through a third party. It took some work but they finally did. The hotel didn't seem overly busy so I knew rooms were available.

Bad quality for the price.

The service in cafe was horrible. We waited about one hour to get our food. When we receive food it was cold.

Rooms were very outdated, it smelled so bad of smoke. Run down. Use to go there when I was a kid and I do not remember it being this bad.

Very poor

Price was good. Casino was fun, Rooms sucked.

First two rooms they gave me, had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made and food and garbage in the rooms. Finally the 3rd room was ok, but I had some neighbors that were partying all night long. Very thin walls.
