Water pressure in shower.
Get rid of the roaches. Hire staff that will show up to work. Clean rooms better. Provide better breakfast. Not enough food selections or drinks. The cost for room was 4 star but the room was 1 star. Not happy at all. Will never stay again and will not recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was decent... No water???
The facility is a little run down, and out dated! It was graduation weekend for TSU, and the hotel was understaffed on Friday and were not prepared. Ran out of coffee for the rooms, ran out of towels, wash cloths etc. But the friendliness of the staffe made up for it... Brought us a fan as requested, found more coffee from other sources, and were very accomidating to everyone!!! The staff was a 'game saver' for this location... PERIOD!!! I blame all negative aspects on the ownership!!! Oh yea... AC unit stopped working in the main lobby

Room 122 Floor was so dirty that my daughter's feet were black. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Leftover wash cloth from previous guests. Hanging on shower rode. The heat didn't work in the bathroom. One pillow case was dirty. The Tv didn't work, called the front desk phone was crackling. I could hear the gentleman but couldn't hear me. Broken phone?

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable.
The first room, the door would not lock when shut. There was an issue with the heating unit in the second room. They had a lot of broken appliances. None of the ice makers worked, they eventually brought in bagged ice. Most of the appliance's in the breakfast area did not work.

Location is good to visit Kirksville.
TV didn't work entire first day. Breakfast not as advertised. Bar that was advertised never opened. Floors have not been vacuumed, it appears, in months. Room very dirty. Staff entered room while we were out despite having do not disturb sign posted. Stained carpet. Amateur repairs to room damage. Upon check in, hallways were piled 3-4 feet deep with trash bags and dirty laundry. No blanket, only sheet and think comforter...it was 17 degrees outside. I've seen better hotels in Baghdad.

Bed was comfortable
Smelled like rotten fish when we walked into the lobby! Years ago this used to be one of the nicest places to stay in Kirksville. It has really gone downhill.

Nothing!! Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Everything. It was all bad. Expect for the sweet worker that worked the 3-11 shift. She was so kind.

Dirty sheets and garbage cans in the hallway, still in same place when we went down for breakfast the next day. Got to breakfast, if you can call it that, half hour after it started and they were out of coffee, the counter and tables were filthy, the food was less than mediocre and there was nothing much more than cereal and rock hard bagels. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every word spoken by our neighbors. Also, there was no natural light at all because the room overlooked the common area and indoor pool. We checked out early.

The room was not locked when we got to the door. The room smelled musty and damp. There was crud on the floor in the corners in the bathroom under the counter, not cleaned in quite awhile/

Staff was good jeanette however was AMAZING!! I needed another pillow and she walked an entire floor to get me one and to make sure it had a clean pillowcase. Then we needed towels and she did it again! We appreciated her immensely! Very good atmosphere. Also found out stuff about my dad's health and she talked me thru somethings.
