Super cute property and comfy beds!

Extremely convenient location on Hwy 16, we walked all around town. We had contactless check-in; when there was a problem programming the entry, we got a phone call from the motel and we talked it through - very good customer service. The room was very clean, and in the morning we were greeted by a very fat and friendly cat.
The bed was not the most comfortable.

We felt relatively
safe.
Room #2 had a very small bed -- it was stated to me to be a queen size bed when I made our reservation for three rooms. Rooms #1, 2 & 14 were reserved -- 1 & 2 were stated to have 1 queen bed in each room and 14 stated to have 2 queen beds. Room #2 was Not a queen bed -- it was a twin bed! Plus the air conditioner would not work! It was 100+ degrees that day so A/C was definitely needed! Room #1 had an actual queen bed and #14 actually had 2 queens as stated. I have never had pillows that were so hard -- however, there were multiple pillows which was nice, but they were so so hard. Our group has stayed at this motel multiple times and have never seen a room that looks like the "remodeled" rooms in the pictures. We are not going to go to this property any more. The "contactless" thing does not work -- maintenance is needed. Room #14 has a broken window. Plastic was applied directly on the glass and has been there awhile as it is now falling off. Plus, the prices are considerably higher than what it is worth.

location and bed comfort
air con very loud, contactless check in was a problem and realisation that door had been left unlocked after returning. no clear instructions on using the keyless locking system

Nice, comfortable and clean room. Fine bathroom facilities and good WiFi. Although it was a contactless stay, ice was provided as well. Very thoughtful!
The airconditioning was very noisy so we didn't sleep quite well.

The room was very clean
The window type AC didn't cool the room until late at night when the Temps were down. Putting a piece of 1 inch foam on top of a worn out mattress doesn't make it a good mattress. TV was small and basically useless .

Our location could not have been better! We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go in town. The balcony to our room overlooked Main Street and in the evenings we just sat and watched the people go by.. Very relaxing, very entertaining way to finish a day filled with hiking the trails around the Bighorns!
The down side was that we only booked 3 nights...we'll be back!

The entire place was perfect, clean and comfortable and so easy to find. Parking was directly in front of our room too. There were a couple chairs out front for lounging in the evening/morning. The locks were convenient with a code sent via email and check in/check out was contact free. There was even a friendly kitty who came to greet us and get some pets in as we were loading the car up in the morning.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Easy check in.
Beds were a little too firm form my liking.

There is no check in desk. Make sure you get the door code before you arrive to save you the hassle of calling the manager.

There wasn't much that we liked about this property except closeness to the downtown area.
We were led to understand that the facility was a former B & B but still had that feel to it. It turned out to be a strip motel with a small room and very small bathroom. The TV didn't work for most of the time and the parking was difficult.

The contactless check in was perfect for us as were arriving late and leaving early as we were headed back home from Canada. My favorite thing was how spotlessly clean and tidy the room was. Would highly recommend this property.

Of course we would have preferred to stay in the House rather than a room opposite but none of us can help covid disruptions

We were very happy to stay at the Mansion House Motel, it was perfect! Norman was a perfect greeter. Loved the Harley themed room

Location was good as its right downtown; bed was comfortable; owner was nice and went out of her way to ensure I had the room I needed. The room, though old, was clean. Overall it was a good stay and I would do it again.
Pillows were uncomfortable but I've learned to bring my own. They probably need a black out blind in the room as the light from outside was pretty intense. I could hear everything from the room next door; it's an older motel though and I think that's common for motels built in the 50's/60's. Maybe people used to be more courteous, I don't know.

Great owners, good location with easy access to everything this unique town has to offer. This is a small property and each room has a personality of it’s own which sets it apart.
Just a small thing, but maybe upgrade the window drapes to make them more light blocking.
